We were so excited for Jersey Mike’s to come to Albertville and I want them to stay, so I will give a 4 star review but I will be somewhat critical. Subs have always tasted great so 5 stars for that but I’ve had two negative experiences with pickup. The first time my order was definitely switched with someone else’s. I ordered a turkey wrap and received a vegetarian sandwich. I’m not knocking vegetarians as I was primarily vegetarian myself for several years, but I was depending on my turkey wrap to have enough calories to get me through dinner at work. I had to go buy an additional dinner on my break as a result because the vegetarian sub, while quite good, did not fill me up at all. Luckily this was addressed via Jersey Mike’s customer service in the app and I got a free sub for next time. The second bad experience I had, I ordered pickup for 12:15 to get on my way to work. I arrived around 12:20, pickup was still not ready, and waited 10 additional minutes for it to be ready. I ended up being late to work. I allowed myself plenty of time and would have still made it to work on time if the sub had been ready 5-10 minutes late. 15 was just unacceptable in this case. I love Jersey Mike’s, I will be back to this location again, but just be aware that your pickup order may not be on time or correct. Hopefully they will read this feedback and correct the issues!

I have stopped in to Jersey Mikes in Albertville many times now since they opened. I have had great experiences every time, except for this time. I usually get hot subs, this time I got a cold sub and realized that the person that took my money turned around and put on gloves without washing their hands and added toppings to my sub. I didn’t want to bring it up in front of them, so I took a sandwich that I won’t be eating. Usually with a hot sandwich the person that makes it, finishes and hands into me. Like I said… I really enjoyed coming here, but as a food safe manager, this was a poor experience.

I recently had an unsavory experience at the store, I attempted to call to obtain the owners number (since the new GM was the source of my issue- Evandro Santos). I talked to a young girl at first, she was helpful but unable to give me many details (understandably), but advised I could speak with the GM. I decided that was best, but the call got disconnected. I reached out again, assuming it to be an accident. Amy answered and was breathtakingly rude – said her GM was not on site (he is), as he has many stores he manages and hung up the phone. I understand working with the public can be trying, but kindness is still required within the industry.

I like jersey Mike’s subs. Unfortunately I don’t think any of the employees at this new location knows how to make one. My club supreme had no meat, and my 6 year old daughters plain ham was drenched in hot pepper juice. She wasn’t impressed.

Sandwiches are alright, but if you order online, don’t show up when the app says to. Your food won’t be ready for 10-20min after the app says, especially during lunch. I’ve stood in the lobby waiting for my food every time I’ve ordered online while people ordering at the counter come and go, even if I ordered nearly an hour ahead of time.

I was super impressed when I thought my order was correct because at that point I felt like they finally got the #64, the service here is on point and I was able to get in and out. However, I got home, took my shower and bit into what I thought was a vegetarian sandwich and it turned out to be steak. This would be great for a person who ate meat and/or when they did steak was ever good. Had to go back to the store to get food fixed appropriately and the server was nice about the fixing the mistake but how he wanted to do it by telling the cook to just make #64. I had to ask him “Excuse me. Are you going to fix it in the way it was requested?” He kept saying that it would be but nothing was getting done. I had to ask and request from 2 more employees if they were going to check the order from my previous receipt so that my order was correct before 1 of them actually asked me what was supposed to be on the sandwich then I got home to a thrown together sandwich. WHY oh WHY when I was so hungry

It was so fun going into the Albertville store. The staff really engaged us as customers. It’s bright and airy in the whole place. Makes you happy just walking in. The smell is the first indicator that the food will be good and then, you bite into that sandwich… yeah, I’ll be back!

Absolute joke. They are worse than the Roger’s location. Tied up and concerned with way too many pick up door dash orders that the actual customer standing in front of them is neglected. My last two visits at both this location and the rogers location. Some sort of an employee manager meeting us happening as the store struggles to produce anything worth returning for. Pretty insane when you charge 17$ for a sub sandwich that the majority of the public grew up eating for 5$ as a 5$ footlong. Open your eyes people
