Never tried Jersey Mikes until this location opened up. Safe to say that now I am a believer. The sandwiches always taste great. The staff are super professional and courteous. The store is kept very clean and orderly. My wife and I love to share a giant #8 as one of our new favorite take out meals. Thanks for the great work and delicious food.

Their parking lot is way too small and they were very busy. The crew was working at top speed, friendly, courteous and proving great customer service. All the tables were full and there were at least a dozen customers in line. The line moved quickly and customers were happy. The crew was impressive with their attitude and how well they were handling the rush. It was about 2 pm so not peak lunch or dinner time. I’d hate to see what either rush time would be like. I saw they were also filling pickup and delivery orders too.

Regularly pass through the area when I’m down in Duluth from Silver Bay bulk buying groceries at Sam’s and saw this store pop up, so I figured I’d give it a try. Never tried Jersey Mike’s as a brand before either. I tried out the mobile order experience and it was pretty smooth. My wife had finished the mobile order from the parking lot, so I went in to use the restroom and the people inside were super friendly and helpful, asking if my order name was as other mobile orders were coming in. I had to chuckle, they were eager to start working our order. The shop and bathrooms were very clean. I ordered a “giant” Chipotle cheesesteak with extra cheese and it was so amazing that I’ve bought two each time I’ve went over the last week or two. They keep really well in the fridge, so I’m able to enjoy four halfs of the giant sandwiches over a few days since it’s a bit of a drive. Will definitely be coming back for more!
