It was almost closing time when I ordered. Ordering online was simple. They have a order pickup right at the door as you walk in. I grabbed my order and left. The sandwich was excellent. They have options for extra toppings right on the order site. Got the club and it was far superior to other sub sandwich chains. Will definitely eat there again. The sandwich was absolutely brilliant.

Ordered a number 14 mikes way no vinegar online picked up my sandwich got home opened my sandwich to no lettuce no tomato and no seasoning. Disappointed in the fact the staff can’t even get “the mikes way” correct when it’s the selling point of the company. Not to mention they where slow one family sitting down to eat, no one said hello no one said thanks for coming in very un welcoming staff. Train your staff better.

Terribly slow service and extremely poor communication by staff. Waited over forty minutes for my sandwich. If I hadn’t paid 20 dollars for it I would of just left. Staff was only interested in mobile orders no interest in serving in store customers. They take your money right away, but be prepared for a long wait to get what you paid for. The staff member at the grill moves slower than molasses. I watched two others leave who came in and ordered after me.

If I could give him negative stars I would, in the past 5 days we’ve spent over $300 in this restaurant, the wait staff was rude, got the order wrong, and shoot out my employees who were running for sandwiches. We won’t be back!

I was not recognized when I walked into the store. It took a few minutes for someone to take my order. My chicken Philly did not taste like it tastes in Billings. The bread was hard and not fresh at all. Our store in Billings is wonderful, we have a great experience eevery time. We will not be back to the Belgrade location.

We’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s since they opened and have loved and enjoyed their sandwiches very much. Had one bad experience with an order we had placed for two sandwiches, seemed to be the wrong sandwiches, and contacted the store. The owners called me back very quickly and made it right with two free sandwiches. Very happy and will keep coming back, enjoy the sandwiches and can highly recommend the service.
