Service was fine and friendly but sandwiches were not good. Portions seemed way off. I didn’t get ‘the juice’ but my friends did and they just ended up with absurdly wet sandwiches. The amount of vinegar or whatever they pour on is way over the top.

I just experienced the best customer service my first time at this location and second time ever trying this restaurant and I will say the hospitality and greetings was lovely I’m omw back home to Phoenix, Arizona and got hungry on the way and it was definitely a great choice & I even got dessert thanks you guys I appreciate your great service

Ordered 3 giant #66s. They were in utter shock and repeated twice “3 giant #66s?!” Yes, that’s s what I said (I wanted to say). What, nobody orders 3 giant sandwiches? They sounded rude. Then, when you pay by credit card, they say it’ll ask you for a tip. What is it with these places; they don’t pay you enough? Since when do sandwich places start taking tips?! Noticed when another customer tipped, they ring a bell and employees turn around and say thank you. Obviously, they want to embarrass those of us that don’t. Now you may say, the credit card machine is set up with the tipping option already installed. Jersey can install the ones that don’t have that option. All the Major sandwich restaurants Don’t have a tipping option. My wife has waited on tables for over 25 years and never once has she eluded, to the customer, about tipping in any way. Shame on you. Though these sandwiches are delicious, we will no longer come to your store.

This Antioch location is really great. The employees are friendly and sandwiches are better than at the gurnee location. They never skimp on any toppings, their sandwiches have twice the meat that the Gurnee store puts on. I really hate a sandwich that feels like it’s mostly bread, but I never had that problem at this store. I feel like it’s always a great balanced sandwich, exactly the way I would make it myself. I go out of my way to stop here specifically when I want Jersey Mike’s. The only problem and I mean literally the only thing I can find to complain about, is that when I place a pick up order it’s never ready at the promised time. So I have just started placing the order about 10 minutes earlier And I arrive at the store 10 minutes or so after the pick up time and my order is always on the shelf ready to go. The store has been there for a year already I think, but it’s still new enough to Antioch that it’s a very popular place and always busy at lunchtime. So just allow extra time if you have somewhere to be.
