The service was lacking. The guy slicing the deli meat did not even slice it properly and gave a half pieces of meat instead of a fully sliced piece. When I asked him to do a better job of it he just snickered and kept going. When it came to adding the vegetables he barely put any onions on it and tried to skimp on everything that they were putting on. Will not be coming here again if they’re expecting me to pay for a full sandwich yet skimping on everything.

Got the #13, The Orginal Italian on Rosemary Parm bread. Fantastic. Loads of meat and tasty provolone cheese. We got it Mike’s Way and it was perfect. Nice selection of chips and I appreciate the Diet Dr. Pepper choice on the fountain pop machine. Also added a deli pickle, and I liked how they cut it and let me pick which one I wanted out of the jar. The staff was really friendly. Will be back, often.

I love Jersey Mikes! The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because what’s the whole point of doing an online order if the employees don’t read the instructions? I placed my online order during my lunch break spend over $30! I always get my subs mikes way with jalapeños and got a dry sub with NO flavor! Next time I’ll just drive to the Mount Prospect location!

Was going tell the guy that my sandwiches from earlier(45min prior) that I ordered for my self and husband was great, but he was too quick to throw the doordash order I was picking up at me that I couldn’t even tell him

Always great sandwiches! Everyone who works there is always as nice as can be! The register wasn’t working, so the manager gave all of our food for no charge. She DID NOT have to do that!

This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. I can’t believe how dirty it was. The counters were filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. The only good thing was the Philly sandwich. We couldn’t even stay and eat there because we we lost our appetite from how dirty it was.

Great sandwiches but the prices leave something to be desired.. It’s crazy how much they charge for a regular sandwich here, it’s good and all but not twelve dollars for a 6 inch sandwich good!

Sadly, This will be our last order from this store location. Over the past year the quality, service and delivery have been awful. We order through the JM app and it is always made incorrectly, sloppy, mis-delivered or never even picked up for delivery (door dash). When delivered there are never utensils or napkins in the bag (we order bowls and sandwiches). Trying to get a hold of someone for a replacement or refund of points is impossible and corporate just refers you to the “franchisee” who never responds. I don’t know if this location changed owners, or perhaps underpays it’s employees so they are not engaged in customer satisfaction, or is just poorly run. But I would advise anyone not to buy from this location.

I went in and asked for a giant club sub mikes way without tomato. They were making another persons sandwich on a cutting board without paper and didn’t spray down and took a metal scraper and used that and I said that wasn’t sanitary. I am a cancer patient and had a tumor in my mouth and was on feeding tubes twice for 3 weeks each and I had secondary cancer in my lymph nodes and they removed 36 lymphnode cells, So I am at risk for infection. They put my bread straight on the counter and put cheese and ham on and I noticed no paper or cutting board underneath.I made a comment that was also not sanitary and could be considered cross contamination. The kid making my sandwich did have gloves on but they keep using same gloves and touching everything. He asked if I wanted him to make a different sandwich and I said please. He did change gloves and put paper underneath and I asked if he could use 2 because the last time they used 1 paper and cut the sandwich and wrapped it up but it leaked all over, so he did use another piece and the other kid did spray down the cutting board after I said something. Then the kid making my sandwich took it off the 2 sheets after cutting it and wrapped it in one piece of paper and he didn’t fully wrap it before putting in the bag. I appreciated that he re-did my sandwich but he was still not paying attention. I used to pre order my sandwiches and now I will have to go in and watch them make my sandwich so it doesn’t get cross contaminated and made correctly. I normally wouldn’t care but now I have to be so careful and I wonder about other customers orders and worry they might get sick from lack of attention/food handling training.

Ordered the daily special and was not disappointed! Got it Mike’s Way and made it a combo with chips and a drink. A great surprise to see the vanilla agave pop on the self-serve fountain! Hard-working staff who make your sandwich just the way you want. I haven’t had a sandwich I didn’t like.
