Walked in at 8pm with the family. They close at 9pm. They’re already cleaning everything, and they have no bread for sandwiches. Not the first time I’ve gone in, and they were cleaning early. It’s definitely a first with no bread. It’s sad because I love the food there, but this location is very substandard.

I walked in at 8:37 p.m. The staff informed me that they forgot to do most of their prep work that evening so they were closed. They are not supposed to close until 9:00 p.m. They refused to take my order. I will not be returning, as I do not wish to purchase goods or food from a place has optional service hours. Also, I emailed the owner at the email address provided. They did not respond. I am pretty sure they only reply with let us know about your dissatisfied service to save face. They don’t actually do anything with the customer complaints they get. I just want you guys to know what to expect when they fail you like they failed me.

I would give it more if one the online said it would take 40 Mins for 2 sandwiches. A hot one snd a cold one. We waited and did some errands the. Got there early . Went in and it wasn’t ready for pickup. I assumed it wouldn’t. We asked for our order. They come back and day. It’s not suppose to be done till 1:41. ok. What are you waiting on. I see one of our sandwiches sitting here. Oh the cold sandwich. Excuse me.your gonna let a hot sandwich. Sit there for 30 min and then make the other one. By the way when we went nobody was there besides one customer on there way out the door. So I don’t understand where they can act Like we were the problem. We were pleasant and nice but you gave us attitude for showing up early. Excuse me. Won’t be ordering here.
