I been to jersey mikes in the past many times. Today I will judge like my 1st time. I got the tuna and root beer. Simply amazing. Tuna was not dry like some places. Not sure if it the tomatoes, oil, seasoning or even the lettuce but everything was flavorful. The bread was perfect. Not hard like some places. I highly recommend. I ordered a head and it was ready. I want to start by saying I love their subs. Always fresh and taste great. This location has a serious management issue though. There was a huge promo today for 1 hour that has been posted publicly for days. You basically got a $25 order free. Of course come 5pm the online orders are pouring in. They have 4 people working. NOTHING PREPPED AHEAD OF TIME! Within minutes they have at least 150 orders that had printed out and it wasn’t stopping. They had customers in the store waiting to order who couldn’t because they said they had to make the DoorDash orders. They said they couldn’t turn off the online ordering because it’s a promotional thing and their manager “forgot” it was today.

I would give this place a O if it was an option. The WORST CUSTOMER experience I’ve ever witnessed. Last night me and my significant other wanted sandwiches for dinner so we came to this location. We have been here many other times with no issues at all but last night drew that line. I asked for my regular #8 on white bread . The first issue was I asked for oil and not red vinegar but the lady put the red vinegar. I said okay I’ll deal with it but then as she threw my sandwich down on the paper to wrap it, my bacon goes flying out my sandwich onto the counter by the cash register . Unsanitary!!! The guy put the bacon right back on my sandwich and I said to him “ your not giving me that sandwich right” his response was “ well what do you want me to do about it “ mind you I worked in fast food over 5 years , you NEVER say that to a customer. The lady proceeded to say she will remake mine I said okay, my boyfriend goes to pay and we look at each other and said where’s our other sandwich. Some other guy comes from the back and I see the lady talking to him and he tells me their not remaking my sandwich just because the bacon flew onto the counter. I lost it, like excuse me ? So my bacon on my sandwich that I JUST paid for , that touched the counter where peoples money and coupons go that’s okay ? I have the names of the people who worked last night and the manager you BET I am contacting corporate. LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be taking my service back to Romeoville where they do know customer service skills. Do better

Just walked in Jersey Mikes spoke to the three women working “ hello” as I walked in nobody opened their mouth to respond or acknowledge me. Caucasian women walks in Almost 5 seconds after me the worker acknowledges her and tells her “ it’ll be a minute” due to whatever. Politely put my beverage back in the fridge and walked out. I’m not sure if the workers have an issue with African Americans or what the case is but this has happened to me and my father countless times no matter the staff. It takes two seconds to acknowledge a customer especially if they greet you. Will not spend my money in an establishment like this. I give them opportunity time after the time but the customer service is piss poor for lack of better words. Management should definitely consider going back to the drawing board.

Amazing service!! Although they were out of a lot of things, AND had 20+ to go orders, they took care of my fiancé and I gracefully!! The entire crew on tonight’s shift deserve raises for how well they handled everything. Especially the shift lead on duty tonight! She was AMAZING!!

Came at a very busy time it seems on a Saturday afternoon…over 25 minutes for a sub seems extensive! Ordered a giant Chipotle cheese steak and one half was made different than the other…not sure how that is possible but kind of disappointed for time spent and price paid!

There was a misunderstanding between me and the person who took my order, instead of #16 she started to get ready #6 which I corrected right away . Her attitude and how she rolled her eyes at me on simple misunderstanding would make this review 1 star but Amber who was at the register handled the issue very well , apologized and corrected right away with a smile the whole time. Also the sandwich was delicious, so thank you.
