I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time last Friday. I am a former food service manager, so I always hold restaurants to a higher standard. And while the food was okay. The establishment was absolutely disgusting. Tables were messy, trashes were full, counters were messy, trash all over the floor, employees standing around. Definitely not worth the wait and will certainly not be back again.

I tried Mike’s famous Philly & the Tuna. The Philly sub tasted ok but it was mostly bread & the Tuna was horrible. Also the customer service was really bad there was only 2 employees a girl & a boy those kids took too long & their attitude sucked they acted like they didn’t want to be there & had no manners

The sandwiches were fantastic. 10 out of 10. The first time we went the two girls working were in the back BSing. One kid that was in their threaten to go around the counter and start making his own sandwich.

It didn’t have a sign-up telling you where to pick up your internet order. So it makes it a little awkward but the food was worth it. Much better than the locations in Florida

Tables could have been cleaned. Food was prepared correctly but a bit too juicy. Ordering/pickup process was a bit chaotic.

One of the best cheese steaks around. Like a lot of quick/fast serve restaurants now have a GD tip jar at the register, even a tip line on the receipt of you pay with a card. Tipping has gotten out of hand. I just paid near $20 for a sandwich & now you want a tip? I refuse & I don’t GAF.

What can I say? It’s one good place to eat a submarine sandwich. Makes me wonder why subway is still in business.

Waited and waited for my sandwich, don’t order a Philly cheese sandwich when they are busy. They cranked out the cold cuts but cook the Philly to order. Seemed to take forever. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Over $30 bucks for 3 regular sandwiches.
