The food turned out satisfactory, although the means of obtaining the food could’ve been approached better.

Scamming, garbage people. Paid 24$ for extra meat, bacon and cheese on 2 cheesesteaks. only got regular ON BOTH. should have just paid for a third sandwich to disassemble. 60$ for 2 sandwiches, 21$ regular price each and you feel the need to skimp and scam. PATHETIC

Sigh. . . . . Okay. . . . Here we go. I stopped by the Jersey Mike’s at 701 S Main in Normal IL around 6:30 pm. The 2 employees were busily talking bad about a co-worker or former co-worker. I do not know which nor do I care. They way they were talking was really annoying. I heard enough of that in high school. I do not want to hear in a place of business. I ordered a #9 – Club Supreme and a #17 Mike’s Famous Philly. The Philly was average and the amount on the sandwich left over an inch of bread with nothing on it. I know businesses are trying to cut back but come on. The Club Supreme is described as roasted beef, turkey, Swiss, apple wood smoked bacon and mayo. I was asked if I wanted everything on the Club. I said yes but declined it being made Mike’s way. When I got home, my wife opened her Club and what she got was some roast beef and cheese. NOTHING ELSE. NO TURKEY, NO BACON NO MAYO. They did not even ask me if I wanted lettuce or other toppings on the Club. I guess they were too busy bashing someone to pay attention to my order or customers. My wife had to use our own lettuce and mayo. My wife wants to give them another chance. I agreed. BUT, if they fail again. As I fully expect them to do, I will send my complaints and 100% dissatisfaction all the way up to Corporate Franchise Chain. If they close, no problem Bloomington / Normal is the capital of chain restaurants. I am sure there will be another Corporate Franchise Chain to take the vacated place of the Mike’s in Normal. I did not go back as it would have taken time and we were hungry. I doubt they would have done anything about it anyway. I actually give them ZERO stars. I had to give 1 star to post this review.

Love their sandwiches. But if they slice to meat any thinner, their sandwiches will start getting worse and less desirable.

I have never done a food review online but I had to come on here..Let me tell you.. I never had jersey mikes until this but damn…I walked in there with LOW LOW expectations but what they provided for me put me back in my seat… not only did I have a coupon for a $2 regular sub but there’s multiple other factors here.. the employees in there were nicer than my own family is to me.. The dude was flipping the knife around and it felt like I was at a hibachi restaurant for a minute.. So now comes the actual food review.. I looked up at the menu thinking today I’m going to get a cold sand-which that will make say “why didnt you just make a sandwhich at home” but that’s when the MIKES FAMOUS PHILLY caught my eye.. I don’t even order Philly cheese sandwhichs but the advertisement on this really pulled me in. I order the sandwhich after already being happy with the establishment, at this point I don’t even need the food, I’m going to have a great day. I bite into that Philly cheese with my jalapeño chips and Mountain Dew to my sides and let me tell you. I don’t experiment with Phillys but that Philly will make you smack yo mama. 10/10 let’s keep up this type of work.
