Had my first Jersey Mike sub today. A Philly Cheese Steak. It was absolutely the best sub I’ve ever had. The staff was outstanding as well, very friendly! Welcomed me when I walked in and Thanked me before I walked out…I will be back! I’m hooked!

I had never had Jersey Mike’s. And OMG did it change my sandwich world. We’ve had it a dozen times since first trying it 2 months ago if that tells you anything. Everyone in the house LOVES it. It’s an amazing cross between Subway and Jimmy John’s. I’ll never have Subway again.

It’s a little confusing when you go in as you’re told to go to the left at the “deli counter” to order but rarely is anyone close to the deli counter. When you order you are given a ticket that you must show when you get down to the register. And when your dlsandwich is being made, they ask you if you want it “Mike’s way” and unless you perused the menu and caught it on the bottom of the last panel… “Mike’s way” is with vinegar and oil. I had never had my subs this way.. but after having it. I ask for it at other sub shops! (JJ’s and Subway) it’s a nice place and I look forward to more sandwiches!

Usually the staff is very nice. This wasn’t the case Saturday. I ordered a giant Portobello Sub, and I wanted some type of sub with salami and cheese only. The staff looked at me like I was an alien They offered me no options. When I ordered a veggie sub with salami on it he charged me 3 extra dollars so I paid 1795 for a sandwich with salami, cheese, bread, oil and vinegar, and green peppers. I asked him why it was so expensive and he told me cuz they charged me for the extra meat, and then proceeded to tell me quote” that’s the way it is”. I said oh okay just give me the sandwiches I didn’t have the energy to deal with this rude individual. I will probably stop at Jimmy John’s rather than go there. He missed the training session about good customer service.

Went in on my lunch ordered a #26 like I always do knowing it takes longer to cook it they had a few before me but once the cook got done with them he disappeared for over 5min then came back up front and started taking orders while his rail was full of tickets by now customers behind me had already ate and they had ordered a hit sandwich also we both had to get our money back since our hour lunch was almost up and had our order in for 40min the manager said would refund us all the money and we could keep the chips,drink and brownie but after I got back to work he only refunded for the sandwich only back to my card nothing like wasting my lunch wouldn’t recommend going if your on your lunch
