Visited this location for the first time today and will definitely be back! The wait was a bit long but it was worth it! My sub was freshly made and tasted great and the customer service was exceptional. The employee made sure to apologize for the delay, but considering how busy they were I’m impressed by the quality of the food and service provided.

Very messy. They smashed my #8 sandwich when cutting it, like flattened it like a pancake. Meat and cheese was not placed in the center of the bread, it was hanging half off the side. The meat wasn’t that cold either. My daughter only ate half her sandwich and didn’t think her #7 was very good.

First visit to a jersey mikes. Very pleased with the food quality and overall appearance. Sandwiches were hearty and good flavor. Staff was nice and engaging. Only “complaint” bathroom was dingy-seemed really dated compared to rest of store and the area for the line I felt was cramped and poorly thought out. We were there during a bit of a rush and it just felt we were all crammed together. Overall I would definitely return and most likely get the same sandwich- I had the chicken bacon ranch and it was really delicious. Also even though I could tell some of them were frustrated they all kept their cool and worked their way through the crowd.

To find a dead fly in the lettuce on the sandwich is one thing but for a customer to have to call for 5 days and never get an answer abs just an answering machine informing you that you can’t even leave a voicemail is ludicrous!!! I purposely sat in the parking lot and called them and saw not one single customer in the store and they STILL did not answer the phone!!!! I had an issue once before and got nothing but attitude from the manager… so I’m a second chance type of person but even this second chance made me never want to come back!!!

I have been to many jersey mikes (orlando, st louis, columbia, ofallon). Never have i seen one like chesterfields jersey mikes. Dirty bathrooms, dirty floors, dirty tables, trash can full to overflow… and where are the employees? Hiding around the corner on there phones and chatting amongst each other. Very dissapointed and will be avoiding this location from now on. And one more thing… how are “employees must wash their hands before returning to work” if there is no soap in the bathrooms?

Have been seeing the commercials on television so while we were out we decided to try it. We had Hungry Hobo in Illinois and I’ve always liked the freshly sliced deli meat and Jersey Mike’s is made that way. All the ingredients were fresh and the bread was good quality..I like my sandwiches toasted but that isn’t an option here but sandwich was still good. It is definitely pricier than Subway and not nearly as much meat as Firehouse but still a good sandwich place.

I’ve never been to Jersey Mikes before so I don’t understand all the lingos they use. But like, I’m trying to tell your employee that I have a coupon or I don’t know what “Mike’s Way,” kept cutting me off and rolling their eyes. Won’t come back here.

I gave them my order card, but they proceeded to essentially whisper the modification questions in my general direction, to the point where I was forced to just say yes. They got all three of my sandwiches wrong, but when they do get it right, it’s really something else.

Walked in and sat there for 15 minutes and Watched the two workers sit there and work on mobile orders while they completely ignore the five customers in store. 5/15/23 small guy behind the counter was grumpy.
