Very unprofessional and unbelievable!!’ We been going to this Jersey Mike’s a lot! Last night I went got 2 giant sandwiches, one of them had a long human hair!!! Called right the way, no one answer. Called again just now, the shift lead not even want to talk to us over the phone & let the team member the one talk to us! He said we can come for one free sandwich, how do you offer a free sandwich to a person the one already feels gross out and doesn’t even want to think about Jersey Mike’s at the moment?! And he told us, we have no option!!! Come for a one free sandwich soon and if we come a month later that offer won’t apply anymore! Ok so… as a customer do we even have choice? This is not a cheap sandwich. And is this even our fault or Jersey Mike’s fault to had long hair in the sandwich?! I believe everyone agree, we expect a clean good and sanitized food every time and everywhere we go!! Who will be happy to have long human hair in their sandwich and after that Jersey Mike’s not even sorry for that or try to be responsible for their mistake!!!

Just terrible service. Sandwiches are good so I come back (not as often as I would if they were even a little bit friendly). They get the carry-out order wrong and hardly apologize when you bring it back (after going all the way home). So I’ll apologize to future customers now. I will be opening my bag and checking everything when I pick it up while standing there at the counter. Unfortunately if this keeps happening the quality of sandwich isn’t enough to retain me as a customer. It’s sad they have 3.7 stars after only being open for 6 months or more. You’re slowly losing my and many others business.

The sandwiches are very good! Wish I could say the same for staff friendliness….. Good customer service just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. So sad. The teenagers that work here are just okay… nothing over the top friendly. Management is not good at all. Very rude on multiple occasions. I just order on the app for pick up and hope there is not issue so I don’t have to talk to anyone. It should not be that way. I still tip the staff on the app despite the not so good service, hoping that is some of the reason the food is very good. So, if you have never tried these subs, I say definitely try them, just make sure you order on the app so hopefully you don’t have to talk to anyone.

They really need to ask you up front if you want any toppings on a hot sub, instead of just handing you meat and cheese on bread and acting like we should automatically know that policy. When we asked for toppings after the fact, we were met with a very rude staff member who would rather argue and throw the policy in our face than just fix the sub…Luckily the manager was nice and said adding toppings was no problem and he fixed it right away, which is the only reason I gave a two star instead of a one.

100% fat guy approved. A man of my stature has consumed a great deal of food and feel that I am somewhat of an expert. The sandwiches we got were delicious. My mouth is watering while writing this. The kids said the cookies were good as well. Not only was the food delicious, but plentiful. Normally I order large whatever but I got a regular and was quite satisfied.

The service was fine. My sandwich wasn’t very good though, & im not sure what was on it but it caused me to break out in hives. Really wierd for me because I’ve NEVER had an allergic reaction to any food item before so I have no idea what could’ve caused it. Heard great things about this place & really wanted to like it.

Placed my order via the app at 2:34. The email said it would be ready at 2:49. Got to the restaurant and it wasn’t ready. They said it would be a little bit longer. No problem.They eventually started making it but then left it half made (one was ready, the other not) to go help the rest of the crew to help with the walk in customers leaving my two sandwiches on the back counter. They finally saw it and finished putting it together. I finally got my sandwiches at 3:09. All of this was going on while I had a screaming 7 month old in the car that my husband had to deal with!

Helpful and friendly staff, great sandwiches, and clean bathrooms. Our group had a variety of sandwiches but my husband and I each had #66, which is the Famous Philly plus portobello mushrooms. The staff helped us select a great cheesesteak! The bread was tasty, meat and mushrooms grilled to perfection, the onions were beautifully caramelized and the cheese was melty buy not overpowering. I’m a fan. We appreciated such good food on a cold day. A+. Would return and would definitely recommend.
