Hubby picked up two sub sandwiches tonite around 5:30. He was the only customer in the store. There were two employees who were so busy talking about personal problems it took a long time to get the food and pay. They were just too busy to bother with a customer. The female acted upset because she had to prepare a #26 in the griddle. They won’t last with service like this.

Subs are absolutely delicious. Very good. That said, I have to take a star away because both times it’s taken between 30-45 mins AFTER my estimated pickup time to actually get the sandwich. They need to work on that for sure but otherwise it’s been delicious.

Second straight visit it’s taken 20 mins past the online ready time for my food to be ready. My hot sub was ready on time when I came in and had to wait 20 for the cold sub (now I have 2 cold subs). No apologies from the staff. Won’t be back to this location.
