Me and my husband sandwich was drenched in oil.. to the point the bottom bread was soak and we could not eat it. I’m extremely upset because 2 big sandwich’s was 35 dollars and it was not worth it at all. If you pay 35 dollars for 2 sandwiches you would think it would be really good. We will not be going back.

I gave it 2 stars because the food was good. The service however isn’t. I’ve been to this location twice now, and both experiences were bad. Yesterday my food was given to someone else. The system for getting your sandwich isn’t great so I see how this happened. They didn’t try to figure out where the sandwich should have gone. Our table was staring at them, so it should have been pretty obvious. When I went to the counter to ask about our order they said they would get it made. No apology no coupon no customer service. 20 min waiting on our 1 sandwich.

Called to make sure what time they close – 9pm. Got here at 8:43. Door is locked. Two guys behind the counter, one counting money. Sound of me pulling on the locked door startled the guy with his hat on backwards, but he made sure he pretended he didn’t see or hear me pull on the door. He absconded to the back as quickly as he could to avoid making eye contact. Obviously the equipment has been off for some time as the make-up line looks completely cleaned.

I spend way too much time eating her as I’m becoming Norm off Cheers!! They usually have my order by the time specified in the mobile app or you end up with a coupon for a free sandwich. As long as they’re able to keep the parmesan rosemary bread in stock, I’m a happy customer. It’s good to catch them as soon as they open or right after the lunch rush. Either way, you’re sure to receive speedy service or they’ll make sure to redeem the situation.

Very nice atmosphere here, all employees were very nice. Very quick service although there were only a couple people inside. Recommend getting asking for your sandwich “mikes wet”, or something close. Very good sandwiches! Chicolate chip cookies were good as well.
