I love Jersey Mikes but today my experience left me rethinking that love. Made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:06. Got there at 8:00 and patiently waited. As I waited I watched 10 people walk in and give their order and get it made before mine. While waiting, I noticed how dirty the floor was. Bread and lettuce was all over the place (see picture attached). Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, they started to make my sandwich. As I inspected to make sure it was mine I saw that they were laying the paper receipt on the actual meat as they were making it. I swear I’ve been to a couple of Jersey Mikes and they’ve always been great but this one is terrible. Employees either need to be re-trained (if they were trained at all) or fired because this is not a good representation for Jersey Mikes.

Service was extremely fast and food was delicious. Even though they were busy, we only waited around 10 minutes. Everything was so fresh! Will definitely be back. Best submarine sandwiches in town! Can’t go wrong with the #2!

Fast and fresh! I ordered a cold sub on the rosemary parm bread. The regular size was more than I could eat. Looking forward to trying it again.

If you are in the mood for a cold deli-esque sub, this is better than any other convenient options I’ve found in the area yet. I would give them a higher rating for food, but I spent my life spoiled by subs from delis in NY. Ordering ahead on the App is recommended. You can customize your sub at your leisure, walk-in, grab your bag and go. They also offer gluten-free bread for subs at a better value and larger size options than Firehouse. If your heading to this place on 540, ignore the directions from Google maps to take exit 10. Take exit 9 instead and you can avoid the traffic frustration of trying to make a left turn across Phoenix Avenue when it’s busy.

The sandwiches were great! All employees were helpful and kind especially since both times we were there, they were busy! They made sure my sandwich was just how I Iiked it! Linda went out of her way to let Mgr know I had questions regarding catering! He called less than 30 minutes later and was so helpful! We really appreciate that out of a eating establishment!

I have been a long time fan of Jersey Mike’s subs and was over the moon when they opened up here. They may have only been open for a short while but you wouldn’t notice biting into your delicious made to order sandwich. The staff there is so kind and friendly, always with a smile on their face.

GREAT SANDWICHES! Service is hurried and not alot of smiles and thank yous. The place is so small don’t plan on eating there unless you want people standing in line brushing up next to you and listening to your conversation while you try to eat. It is a get your food and get out kinda place. Food is great!

I have been wanting to try this place out. It’s just always so busy which is great for a new business. I went in after lunch, they were still pretty busy, and the employees were not the friendliest. As someone who has never been here before, I wasn’t sure what the menu consists of or what the process for ordering looked like. I ordered a chipotle chicken bowl. The employee cutting meat was bothered, I guess, and said “I don’t take those orders.” Then called for someone else to come take it. While trying to place the order with the other employee, the person cutting meat began talking over me and asking the customers behind me what they wanted. Then, I was handed a ticket with my order information on it. I wasn’t sure what to do with that – nothing was explained. I assumed I would stand in line and once the bowl was ready I would tell them what other items I wanted in the bowl. Instead, I was brought a bowl that had a little bit of lettuce, some chicken, a few onions, cheese, and Mayo. I paid $13 for something that I could have gone to Newks and gotten way more food for, and good customer service. I needed a fork and there were none by the drink station. I stood at the counter watching other customers interact and overheard one customer say she had been waiting for over an hour for her online order. I continued standing there, staff walked over to place orders on the counter, would look at me, and then walk away. Finally, someone walked up and starred at me. I asked for a fork and was dismissively told they are at the drink station. I explained they are none over there. The employee leaned over the counter to see – I guess she didn’t believe me – and then came around the counter to refill the containers. I normally don’t complain about things like this, but the entire experience was just unpleasant all around. I will say, the food I ate was good and I’m sure the other things on the menu are as well. Customer service jobs are difficult, but a little kindness, patience, and guidance when ordering goes a long way.

The manager was so awesome. Very outgoing and very funny. The business was clean, plenty of staff and very well laid out. Great sandwiches. And even though mine was a little messed up it was still delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
