It’s a little frustrating to order a sandwich to go and get home and realize the bacon you asked for isn’t on your sandwich. Maybe if the employees weren’t going back and forth about how the sandwiches should or shouldn’t be made while making our food then maybe they wouldn’t have forgot the bacon.

We placed an order on the app 2 hours ago. It was supposed to be ready 90 minutes ago. My wife and son are still waiting. If things are that backed up they should have proactively offered to cancel orders and handed out free meal coupons as compensation for a future visit. I’m not sure why it’s so busy tonight, but if it’s a promotion it should have been planned better. We had high hopes when this location opened, but it’s too hit and miss when it comes to order accuracy and simple customer service.

First time going to a Jersey Mike’s. It’s just an overpriced Subway, essentially. For my 3-year-old and myself, it cost $20+…and we didn’t even get any drinks. Just 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. Then it took 15 minutes to get my sandwich and it wasn’t even the right sandwich! Of course I got it to-go, so I didn’t find out it was the wrong sandwich until much later. It was quite gross, but it was something I would’ve never ordered in the first place. Overall. Unhappy about the whole ordeal, but at least my child enjoyed 3 bites of his sandwich before deciding he didn’t like it. Will not likely return.

The subs here are so much better than Subway. I usually get the cheesessteak and it’s really dang good! I’ve ordered food from here at least 25 times over the last couple years and not once has my order ever been made wrong and it’s always extremely quick. Good job Jersey Mike’s!
