Absolutely awesome! Best subs on the planet. Superb service, they really prepared before they opened up and it shows. We’ve been waiting for a while for this location to open! My favorite is the #13 The Original Italian, my wife loves the #44 The Buffalo Chicken and my daughter loves…and I mean loves…#8 The Club Sub. We all get them Mike’s Way. I highly recommend trying them out. Tell them Big Joe sent ya!

Due to the heat and not wanting to BBQ I decided to have Jersey Mikes, Willis, Texas cater my party. Everything was prepared beyond what I expected. The five boxes of sandwiches were individually wrapped with the “sides” and “condiments” packed separately. Everything was neatly boxed and freshly made the day I picked it up. Food was good but it took 40 minutes to get two sandwiches. There were two people behind me that got their hot subs before I did. I inquired about it and received a cold response. I then stood by the register to ask again and was ignored. While standing there I noticed the cook in the back hurrying around and I believe they just flat forgot my order. Bad customer service, I won’t be returning. I did count 11 people order and leave before they started working on mine.

After a few visits, I feel like I can give my feedback. The sandwiches are, typically, fresh & tasty. I believe the manager’s name is Ryan (that or he’s a spectacular server), and he was the one who got my order. He was producing sandwiches 3 : 1 to the rest of the staff & I feel bad saying that. I am a lead by example kinda guy, too. They figure out how to speed it up a bit, and it’ll be great!
