Priscilla and Steve , are freaking amazing truly an example of what amazing customer service and and passion for quality looks like, I came in and was greeted by Priscilla who’s laugh and smile could light up a room I told her I have a little bit of challenge/stretch of a sandwich she watched quick video of process and she replied with the most heart warming smile and accepted my request with no hesitation and took pride in seeing me happy watching like a little kid to what appeared to be a genius/mad scientist at work that made my freaking day you have no idea you guys have a loyal customer!!! Every single time I order online from here it is NEVER correct when I pick it up. And of course because the way they have it packaged I’m not opening it up before I take it home. Ordered on rosemary break? Nah it’s on white. Changed the toppings? Nah it’s wrong. Don’t change the toppings? They add something they shouldn’t. This location has gone downhill sooo much the last 6 months or so. Every time I go in it’s usually 3 or so girls just goofing off and I’m not surprised they can’t make a sandwich correct, it’s clear they don’t care about the job. I kept telling myself next time will be better, it’s not worth a review, it’s fine I’ll eat it anyway, but as I sit here after work and look at a completely wrong sandwich I have to speak up. Oh and OF COURSE they ask for a tip on top of everything. So they got extra money out of me before I can even see my sandwich. I highly recommend choosing anywhere else before here based on the way this location is run.

Today was a my 1st time at this a location. My visit started off rough because the store is not allowed to break anything over $50 and I had a $100 bill. On top of that something was going on with my bank app and I could not get the app to load up. With the issues of my bank app, I was forced to have to leave and go get some change in order to pay for my food at. At first I was feeling very discouraged and the young lady at the counter could sense my frustrations. Initially I didn’t want to come back to the store but I did feel bad because I watched the two young ladies prepare my food and I didn’t want it to have to go to waste. Plus, I was really hungry! When I came back, the ladies gave me a discount and my food ended up being half the price that I was going to pay!! I really appreciate them for that and I’m glad that I made the decision of going back to get my food. The food was tasty and me and my two sons really enjoyed our lunch date !

I love Jersey Mike’s subs I order at least once a month and I’ve been eating here for years, but last month I paid almost $25 for a sandwich, chips, and a drink to be delivered. I ordered through the JerseyMikes app and DoorDash didn’t deliver it so I called up there. They remade my order which took another hour, and since I am a manager and had meetings all day, by the time I got to sit down and eat my Philly cheesesteak, it was cold. I went and spoke to the owner’s wife last week about my experience last time, and explained that I don’t normally order delivery, but I had to that day because I couldn’t leave the office. After I explained all of what happened. I was promised a call back and never got a call back. I shouldn’t have spent almost twice as much on a meal to wait two hours for it to be delivered and then when I tell them about my experience, they don’t even follow up with me. Being a manager myself in customer service, I know exactly how important that is, so since every location is franchise owned, I will gladly spend the extra 15 minutes to drive to Pflugerville and pick up my order at a different store because this store obviously doesn’t care about their customers as they couldn’t even offer me a free drink, let alone anything else, to make it right, for the fact that I ate a cold sandwich due to their third-party delivering service, and I waited for that call I was promised, but here we are over a week later and I haven’t heard a word from the owner or the owners wife. I honestly don’t think they realize what they are missing as far as a customer, because last year, in October I spent $750 hosting a resident event and I had Jersey Mike’s cater it so when I have another resident event like that I guess I won’t be going through them.

Took my family to eat dinner tonight and watching the employees made my stomach turn. We walked in and every surface behind the counter was dirty. Not one employee washed hands before starting to prep food, including the one that was sweeping when we walked in. Thankfully everyone wore gloves. While they were making sandwiches I saw two employees press the bread against their bodies. One girl wiped her nose with her hand and then kept wrapping a sandwich! Another ran her hands through her ponytail and then grabbed a chunk of meat to slice. Absolutely gusting. We won’t be back to this location.

I showed up a little earlier than scheduled, but the ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful getting me out in time for my movie. The only problem is that Mike’s Way is pretty messy and oil may drip on your shirt. Maybe wear a bib next time lol.
