We have loved jersey mikes for years but my last two experiences at this location have been enough to make me not want to come back. Last time they charged my card twice for the already pretty over priced sandwiches. Fine, I called them they credited my account the extra charge. But today, at 7 weeks pregnant, I CANNOT eat undercooked anything or deli meats because of the risk of neural tube deficiency in my growing baby, so I ordered a hot chipotle chicken sub. Well after a few bites I knew it was off. Sure enough, the sandwich is full of raw chicken. So not sure if it will be morning sickness or food poisoning that I’ll be throwing up from tomorrow. I have tried to call them and their phone is busy. It is unsafe to be serving customers not just undercooked but completely raw chicken. Ironically, the same employee who charged me twice last time was the one on the griddle. I am incredibly unhappy and at the very least, I want a refund on our $30 sandwiches.

Be prepared to wait!!! This place is always busy because it’s near the outlet mall. Knowing this, I placed an online order at 1:35pm and was given an eta of 2:05pm (30min seemed very reasonable). Upon arrival, my sandwich still hadn’t been made. Even when the line died down, the employees were not working on the online order. I ended up not getting my order until 2:30pm, an hour after I placed it and after waiting at the store for 30min!!!! During my wait, I asked the woman working at the register about my order twice and she told me it was being worked on but never communicated my need with the people making the sandwiches. When I finally got my order, I was told that next time I should ask the staff about my order. The staff has no sense or urgency and needs to be more organized. Wont be returning as I cannot fathom how it takes an hour to make two cold sandwiches. Picture attached from my wait at the empty store.

The food is the same as other Jersey Mike’s restaurants, but for some reason this location consistently fails at having online orders ready near the time that the app says to arrive at the store. Today, they didn’t even start making the food until I inquired about it. They found my order in a pile of others that was still sitting on the printer.

Ordered through the Jersey Mikes app after it popped up offering FREE DELIVERY yesterday. Ordered about 3:30. Started receiving door dash updates that the order would arrive on or around 4:11. At 4:30 I called the store and was RUDELY TOLD to call Door Dash. DD told me to call the store. I called back and someone else answered and told me that the order had not been picked up. So I called DD back and they said they had re-assigned the order to a different driver and I started receiving updates again. My order was 5 minutes away. Around the corner. at 4:50 I called the store and spoke to ASHTON who took responsibility and told me he was going to deliver the order and give me a credit for my next order in the amount of this order. A few moments later…. Door Dash Text: YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN ALTERED or CANCELED . Because you want ambiguity around whether or not it was canceled or just altered. So me, thinking that Ashton had assured me he would deliver the order waited until 5:30 and called back and spoke to Connor Ramirez who was RUDE and COMBATIVE and refused to give me a refund, telling me to call DD who told me to call the store. Finally I called them back near 6pm and he offered to have us come and pick it up. Saying he had nothing else to offer us. FREE DELIVERY? Its clear that this franchisee Jason Brown has instructed his employees to BLOCK all APP deliveries offering free delivery. DONT ADVERTISE IT IF YOU DONT INTEND TO HONOR IT. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND. This makes this whole thing a 100% SCAM. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

The last 3 times we’ve been there, we’ve had the same, cute young blond female sandwich tech, and she’s always super nice and NAILS IT! I will be sure to get her name next time, but we appreciate all you young workers there. (I haven’t seen the one shift manager I complained about last year, so maybe that’s part of the improvements there. Thanks, you guys!)

Have eaten here several times. It has always been good. The last 2 times was bad, including today, so we crossed this place off our list. Bread was anything but fresh. Hard on ends. $20+ for a regular and a mini with no drinks. I expect, at least fresh bread! Back to In N Out or Chick Fillet!
