Went to this location to pick up lunch 2-3-23 around 11am. I dont know the young guys name who was working the register with the, im pretty sure longer, comb over, dirty blone hair but hes incredibly rude. I watched him lose his patience with a CLEARLY disabled individual who had down syndrome. I watched for about 3mins, him with an incredibly rude and condescending tone tell this man that he cannot put soda in a small clear plastic water cup. (I have worked in food for over a decade, im aware of food cost, store policies, etc.) This lovely human was attempting to ask your employee about the carbonated water used to “make” the soda and i watched him turn his back and almost walk away. His response with a very clearly annoyed expression on his face was something passive aggressive along the lines of “yeah CO2. You CANNOT PUT SODA IN A WATER CUP.” His tone, his demeanor, the entire interaction with someone who clearly may have had some sort of intellectual disability and was potentially not understanding/focused on what was being said was disgusting to watch. Your two employees who made my food, the young lady with glasses and her nose pierced and another guy proceeded to giggle and also be unprofessional about the entire interaction. Wasted my $ here and the sandwich itself was mediocre. More than unimpressed with this location. Train your staff better to be more inclusive to people with more sensitive needs. If you dont have the patience and tact to deal with people of all types and “de-escalate” a situation that really should have been no big deal in this case you should not work in food, or really customer service at all. It was a shame to watch.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, extra meat, extra cheese, and this is what I got. No veggies came on the sandwich and definitely wasn’t extra meat or extra cheese. Paid $19 for this through DoorDash. What a joke.

I had the veggie sandwich with bacon, it was really tasty, the vinegar made it even better. Their customer service was great, the only reason for 3 stars is the price, I paid close to 13 bucks for a reg size sandwich chips and drink(medium).

Should have a rating for no stars .My husband ordered 3 large subs , mine was a chicken Parmesan to start with the chicken is raw the sub was not toasted and looked like the sauce exploded on it also like where’s the cheese ??? It was not on my sandwich .So everyone got a meal tonight but me thanks Jersey Mike’s for putting me to bed hungry .

Staff was quick, took my big order accurately, and even asked extra questions about the sandwiches to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. I rated at four stars not five stars because the cashier attempted to sneak in a round up to my bill for a charity without my knowledge. I know it’s only $.30, but integrity in the small things is important.
