I just had the best experience here. Two of the sweetest kids I’ve met. They made me and my husbands sandwich perfect and just had the sweetest attitude. I didn’t catch their names but they were working at 4pm on 7/25/23. Those kids deserve a raise 🙂

I think they’re very underated here. My husband and I came in and got the Big Kahuna sub to share….too much cheese for me, but that’s not their fault. The sandwich was super good, but the staff here is amazing! I work in the food and beverage industry and have for 23 years and I have to say I’ve lost faith in a lot of drive and professionalism shown by the younger generation at different places I’ve gone out to eat….. The crew here though are definitely on their game. Safety and sanitation was being taken as a priority. They were friendly, attentive, have great sense of urgency…. And the tables in the sitting area were being cleaned regularly and quickly. I felt they definitely deserve to get a shout out for their hard work.

Great experience at Jersey Mike’s today. The product is always consistent and I go here atleast once a month. Sign up for the rewards program and earn free subs! Parking in the shopping center around lunch can be a challenge, but I’ve never had to leave. Location is always clean, staff friendly, and the service has been consistently fast.

Completely unprofessional staff. They were more concerned about huddling up to prove a customer wrong on his catering order as opposed to just helping/greeting the other 8 customers that were waiting in line. The girl at the counter literally told me that tips don’t matter to her when I told her that her attitude wasn’t doing her any favors. Probably explains your recent reviews and the fact that the tip jar was completely empty.

Iv been enjoying jersey mikes for over 10 years. I fell in love with the crispy texture of the bread. Today I recieved the saddest flat soggy skinny sandwich. I wad informed thats how I always make it, I declined to eat it and was not issued a refund. Pretty sad

I am big fan of Jersey Mike’s and have always had great service at this location in Highlands Ranch. That is until today. For the past year or so, I have been trying to cut down on carbs and have been ordering my sandwich in a tub. #99 over a bed of lettuce is a great lunch. When I received my order today, there was no lettuce, just meat, peppers and cheese. I asked the young man who made the order to please add the lettuce. He proceeded to tell me it never came that way. I told him I had ordered it that way many times at other locations as well as that specific store. He told me he couldn’t make it that way and that I was wrong. There were no other customers in the store at that time. He could have easily fixed the order. He just didn’t want to. I will not be ordering at this location any time soon. Very rude service. Jersey Mike’s I expect a lot more from you!

The food is very good and usually they’re nice here but Sonny, if he actually gave me his real name was very rude and not at all helpful. He says he’s the one in charge today 2/20/70 at 1:30. He needs some serious customer service training. For management in case she gave me the wrong name, he is pretty young, probably in early to mid 20s and has long, dark brown curly hair. You can also look up my reviews and see that I have given many positive refused to many businesses, including this one in the past, and I give VERY few negative reviews.

Corporate office had to be contacted due to the manner in which the employees were conducting themselves. When I brought my sandwich back in and told them it was made incorrectly, the first response was not to apologize or be understanding at least, it was to immediately argue with me and tell me that I did not tell them not put it on my sandwich when they originally asked me do you want this “Mike’s way”? I said no. I’ll tell you what I want on it and I told them what I wanted on it, which was three items. Then when I brought it back in and told them it was wrong they tried to argue with me and tell me that’s the way the sandwich is made. I had to go through the process of arguing back and forth about that’s not what I wanted on there and I told you what I wanted on there, you asked me what I wanted on there and I told you specifically and they continue to argue to the point where I had to get loud with the person at the front counter and then other employees tried to chime in to where I had to scream at them to bring their manager out.
