Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had. Greg and Mark took my celiac disease (gluten allergy/intolerance) very seriously and took extra precautions to make sure my sandwich didn’t come in contact with anything that could have cross contaminated it! They made sure to change there gloves and wipe down and clean the surfaces. They put extra care in to making sure I didn’t eat gluten! A big thank you to the both of them for being amazing!

We’re painting my house and then time for lunch. My granddaughter is type 1 diabetic so we were happy to know that this place understands and accommodates people with diabetes. One of the employees who also was a diabetic wiped down all the equipment before making my granddaughters sandwich. Very friendly staff. And the food is great.

I was charged for an extra sandwich . I ordered a combo. Large drink , regular sub , and a brownie . I spent $26.93 . I don’t eat here often so I wasn’t sure if that was normal price or not until my friend told me it wasn’t . And I also never received the brownie . But the sandwich was great.

Not a huge fan of this food. It tastes over processed and not like something you would expect for a sandwich place. The atmosphere was good and the service was good as well. The menu isn’t the extensive and I expected better of the flavors.

This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced. Today is February 28,2023 @ 12:30 lunch time. We went up to order, asked for the large (I think monster) cheese steak with onions and cheese. The person behind the counter said would be a few minutes because the grill was full. Ok I can understand so we sat and waited and waited and waited. When my husband went up to check the person behind the counter spoke to an associate and said he gave my sandwich to someone else. WORST SERVICE I have ever had and yes I had to say it again. I will never go or recommend you. Freddy’s across the parking lot gained our money they were very good.

9 pm close means they start closing at 8:30 pm. Walked in at 8:34 pm and felt like we had ruined the staff’s night. They offered to serve but their faces and demeanor said please go. Won’t be heading back there anytime soon.

Slim to nothing as far as meat on a sandwich at this location. $12 is a lot for just bread with mayonnaise. Stay home and eat a loaf of bread.
