The people there make the sandwich fine, but they mix up my order in the bread area. One of the two times they got it wrong I had to tell them which bread I wanted, cause they didn’t ask me. When I had to tell the guy what bread I needed, he seemed rather disengaged from the conversation. It’s bit of a bipolar location. One day it’s good, the other day my orders wrong, and I wound up getting dietary issues cause some breads work better for my stomach than others.

UPDATE: Super bummer! The last 3 times we ordered from here, something has gone terribly wrong. See the photo below for a better understanding. We always order online and usually order the same thing so we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. 3 of the 4 sandwiches where great. However, the chipotle cheese steak was a mess. The first time this happened I passed it off as a flook. But, the second time, well, my disappointment caused me to update my review. So, to the owner, I’d ask, ” what the heck, man?” And to customers, I’d say just be prepared for the possibility of a mess if u order a hot sandwich. Or, eat it in the store, it doesn’t always travel well. Lastly, out of the dozen or more times I’ve ordered this sandwich, the best one ever was when the inside of the bread appeared to be grilled. It was fantastic. The bread held up to the filling. There were no soggy parts at all. I would suggest putting the bread on the grill, open face, for a few minutes for the hot sandwiches. Its makes a big difference.

Nice clean modern restaurant with fast service and friendly staff. Ordered two giant sub for the Superbowl and got them in less than 5 minutes, and one sub was a Philly Cheesesteak that had to be cooked fresh. Deeply impressed.

Always fast and fresh. I have to edit this post a bit however because I have had my order wrong twice in the last few months. The first time I asked for white bread and got seeded. Today I asked for no cheese on my philly and the delivery came with a lot of American cheese. I’ll still be back, but it’s disappointing when you have food restrictions and they aren’t respected.

Ordering online they charge you 10 cents to put in a bag. No option to supply my own bag. They’re doing that to make more money. Colorado law states restaurants are exempt from having to collect this bag charge. Until Jersey Mikes discontinue this deceptive tactic I will not ordering from them. Edited 1/19/23 changed from 2 stars to 1 star due to owners attitude in his response. He or she is clearly a jerk based on all the responses which none address the customers concern. Why should we spend our money at this establishment when it’s clear the owner could care less about the satisfaction of their customers.

I really like their sandwiches. Just seem to be a better quality than most. I get a regular turkey and provolone (usually enough for two meals). I recommend Mike’s Way plus peppers (all available types of peppers). Unless I’m eating there I get the Juice (dressing) on the side so the bread isn’t soggy when you get to where you are eating. Also, the leftovers stay less soggy (remove the tomatoes to keep it even more less soggy! ). The club is really good as well and if you want less carbs go for the sub in a tub (any sandwich).
