Allison the manager at Jersey Mikes took absolutely amazing care of us this evening! She’s super friendly and outgoing, as well as takes the time and effort to train new staff members hands on. The rest of the staff was polite and friendly as well while having amazing customer service all around! You all really made our night, the sandwiches were amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I absolutely love this place and the food is great..BUT I will never eat here again for the simple fact that I was refused to be able to pay with my hard earned cash. I had an order for $50+ dollars and I was told that I could not pay with a $100 bill. I asked why and she said it is the policy to not accept them. I asked well what if my total is $85 and I was told rudely again that we do not accept $100 bills and that it is clearly posted on the door (apparently not clear enough if I did not see it.) and the proceeded to tell me to stop yelling at her employee which I was not, I was speaking loudly because it was loud in the establishment(it was very busy in there) but I never raised my voice, that is not how I portray myself and anyone that knows me know this. As a business owner myself I would never tell a customer he cannot spend his money at my place of business. This is a mistake! Not only did you lose my business for good but you also lost the business of everyone that works with me, as I told them the story I just encountered they all agreed that they will also never patronize this business again either. If you plan to pay with cash don’t bring $100’s

Love the food here. People are pleasant. Check if your “customized” sandwich is what you ordered before leaving if you have ordered online. Not once has it been correct. So either they are on autopilot or just not reading the orders. But I would give it a 4 all around

I always enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but last 2 visits, the portions are the same, but there must be a shortage of vinegar and oil. Just too dry of sandwich without enough juice. I recommend them just probably a new employee.
