Last night, Friday, I pulled into the parking lot at 8:52 p.m.. I did not go in because I wasn’t sure if my friend was going to make it before 9:00 pm closing time. I could see the two employees closing up shop. I felt bad because I’ve worked in the food service industry before and know what that’s like to think that you’re going to be out because you don’t have any customers and then those people, like me, come in at the last second and you have to unpack everything. So happy that Jersey Mike’s is expanding in the Treasure Valley, this location is convenient and easy to get in/out. Subs are delicious and the staff is on point. We stop in for dinner frequently. Recently we ordered a variety of 8 giant subs for a party and the order was on-time, flawless with many customizations and the guests LOVED the subs.

Being a Dasher I recommend Mike’s for lunch they’re prompt always correct and they have an attitude for the job. Even on the busiest days I walk into the shop on Fairview and I’m always greeted with a smile an honest desire to serve me. The customer service at this location was great. Free refills and their own types of drinks were absolutely amazing. The subs were outstandingly good. I totally recommend this place for anyone who likes subs. And yes, it’s better than Subway and Jimmy John’s.

In a word…. Delicious! Had the Chipotle Philly cheesesteak. The sandwich was warm the cheese was tasty and gooey. The meat and Pepper’s were grilled to perfection. The staff was enthusiastic and really cranked things out. Thanks! I’ll be going back over and over again!

I have been seeing ads on TV for Jersey Mike’s Cheesesteak sandwich for weeks now, took a gamble and stopped by their store on Fairview to try this sandwich and I have to say I was very impressed with the food as well as the professionalism of the staff. The staff was very courteous and explained to me that it would be a few minutes to make my sandwiches (I ordered 3 because I had taken my son and wife to try the sandwich too). I was very happy with my sandwich and so was my family. Thank you Jersey Mike’s for a great sandwich and wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back for another!!

Terrible service. All around rude and incapable of making sandwiches correctly. I do not recommend this location and will not be ordering from them again. Once asked to remake, they remade it to where you needed silverware to eat it. Absolutely ridiculous! This store is ran by ignorant children with the worlds worst attitudes.
