I ordered the Parmesan cheese bread but did not get it. My wife ordered a Mini and got a regular. She also asked for swiss and these missed that. They need better systems and to listen more. Food is good though. I will go back I just will have to check my food which is disappointing.

Food is awful! I’m so tired of asking for something NOT BE ADDED OR TAKEN OFF your food due to an allergy. Bread is so soggy and I’m allergic to Mayo. Grilled Cheese it is. Thanks a lot Jersey Mike’s!

Jersey Mike’s Subs are the best, you pay a little more and wait a little longer but the Subs are sliced fresh right in front of you. The staff is great and they always know my order and my name. There is a Subway across the street and they could give the Subs away for free and I wouldn’t go there over Jersey Mike’s. You get what you pay for and I like good fresh food.

The workers serve in a bad way and are rude to the customers. They start talking to each other and let the customers leave. It is the second time that the service by this restaurant chain has been very bad for me.

Food was very good, like any jersey mikes. I was bugged because I had a coupon that had just expired i got for donating and they didn’t want to honor it. It was only 2 weeks expired. There are a lot of good restaurants, and when places are cool about stuff like that, it buys loyalty. Oh well.

Jersey Mike’s subs are top notch but this particular location is slow as molasses. Our last visit had a few door dashers waiting over 30 minutes to pick up food, a few ladies had already waited 45 minutes. No urgency at all. No need for the owner to respond. I will continue to come here but I’ll make sure I’ve got the time.

I ordered using their own internal app. It was a simple sandwich. I wanted it as a wrap instead of with bread. That’s an option on their app. The whole reason I wanted it this way is because they put so much oil and vinegar on their sandwiches that the bread goes soggy almost instantly. By the time I got my sandwich, not wrap, was so soggy it looks like they dunked it underwater before they made it.

Employees are super nice. The service is amazing. My complaint is I get #14 veggie and make it vegan. Almost every other jersey in the area has given me avacado for free as a substitute for the cheese. The supervisor wouldn’t do it and said it was corporate rules to charge and other stores are doing it wrong. I asked if she could ask the Manager or owner and she wouldn’t even ask. I told her I would be buying in the future from other Jersey mikes to save money on the avacado. I get it might be a rule but it is a nice gesture to offer the avacado free for not using cheese. To make it even worse they charge a $1 more than the other stores for avacado.

Online order was promised at 8:15pm. I showed up at 8:35, no other customers were there and all the employees were sitting on the counter. They said they haven’t even started making my order. It took them 15 minutes to make my sandwich’s and when they were finally done, they made them all with the wrong bread. I was excited for this location to open since it was closer to my house, but I will be driving farther to a different location from now on.
