I ordered a chicken chipotle in a tub and when I got home at didn’t have any of the sauce on it and wasn’t made like a chicken chipotle sandwich is made. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up on orders I tried giving this place multiple chances and all they do is mess up. The people are nice but they don’t know how to make there own food.

Horrible horrible horrible. I have been to the clinton location twice. And both times we sat at the window for literally about half hour. With 4-5 employees visiting and not doing their jobs. When they work they are EXTREMELY slow. People just walking in and leaving and we will still be sitting at the drive up window. Not to be rude but come on your making sandwiches not a 5 course meal. Shouldn’t take that long. We will not be going back to this location

My review is solely based on the drive thru. I love this place but only go if you have a half hour or more to wait in line. They are very slow to get food out through the drive thru. I don’t usually write reviews. I am considerate of understaffing but come on 3 cars back and it’s a 30 minute or more wait.

We have been to this location a couple times without issue until this time we decided to use the drive through. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch Philly with no veggies on it and a side of pickles, got home and there were veggies piled on it with no bacon and no pickles on the side. My husband got a ham and provolone, the cheese was sliced paper thin and there was hardly any meat on it. Very disappointing visit. Clearly they don’t care about the quality of you aren’t standing in front of them watching them make the sandwiches.

I would recommend for anyone who is gluten free. I have a wheat allergy that can make eating out impossible. The employees are well trained and always on top of the cross contamination. I appreciate the time and effort that make sure I still have a great eating out experience.
