So close to 5 stars! The store was clean. The staff was friendly. The regular size sandwich is generous. I ordered the Big Kahuna Steak hot sandwich and a Classic Club Supreme on gluten free bread. It’s a tall order to expect the gluten free bread to taste really good; it tasted like gluten free bread, dry and tasteless that held the delicious stuff. Thinking that the gluten free choice would be better combined with the hot sandwiches, that’s what we will try next time. The hot sandwich on the rosemary bread was good and the filling was fresh and flavorful. Yet, the problem was I only tasted one jalapeño throughout. Overall, a tasty experience when you crave a good sandwich. Thanks.

I liked this sandwich shop. It’s clean and the employees are friendly. I have a gluten sensitivity and gluten-free bread is available. Unfortunately, it’s very dry. The yummy fixings help somewhat, but by the end it is unpleasant. I have eaten it twice now, and will not pay to eat it again. I do wish salads were on the menu for another option; I doubt I will get another sandwich. My husband likes the cheesesteaks and the rosemary bread is his favorite.

Love the Food, location and staff. Definitely a little chaotic tonight. New members of staff working and busy. It took a little longer and you can tell they are all trying. Love the month of March giving and the 100% day on March 29th. I will probably eat here 2 times that day!!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place really deserves one! It’s my first time at this jersey mike’s location and I thought it was going to be like all the others but I was wrong. First the employees there are so helpful and have such a fun energy in the store. Next the food was amazing, I don’t know what it is about this Jersey Mike’s but it just tastes better. Also one of their employees was talking about Taylor Swift and he was hilarious. He single handedly would make me want to go back just to talk to him and I wish I got his name. Anyways, great work and I will definitely be back!

This is a good sandwich shop. The food is always on point, and they are pretty quick. The service is good too, which I really appreciate in this crazy world. No complaints other than there was no ice in the soft drink machine, but that’s a small gripe and was fixed quickly. They offered us canned beverages instead, which was the right thing to do. Great please, you should go there.

The new Herriman location is fantastic—they’re doing a great job! The store was busy when we visited, but they were hustling, and still super friendly. I loved seeing everything so fresh and our sandwiches were built to perfection. If you’re a newb, you can’t go wrong with the #9, Mike’s Way! Add pickles if you like them—theirs are so good. Food is good but the service is pretty awful. Ordered two philly cheesesteaks, waited about 5 minutes for the first one, but they completely forgot the second one. Saw them making two more, but they handed them away to other customers so we had to ask them where it was, and they didn’t have a response. Ended up spending 20 more minutes waiting for one sandwich. None of the ladies were wearing hairnets or hats which was concerning, and the main woman on the grill was wearing slippers.

Went in today to order myself 1 sandwich. As my sandwich was being made another girl came out and rang me up. As I was paying I chose not to add a tip. I figured that they are really not serving me like at a restaurant. And besides that, I know they are getting paid by the hour. Not like at a true restaurant. After I paid, the girl helping me plopped the tip bucket right in front of me as if to say”if you are not going to put a tip on your card, you are definitely going to leave one in the bucket” when she did this I was most certainly not going to leave a tip. Tips are earned…not expected. I don’t tip the people at McDonalds, Taco Bell,carls jr. Why do these spoiled kids who are working think they deserve more than what They are getting paid by the hour to do? Somebody should rein them in…
