Just picked up a sub from this location and will absolutely be my last. The “customer service” for paying patrons is a joke. The staff, including Leah (the manager on duty) refused to provide me with both my and my sisters orders that were already paid, due to the floor needing to be mopped by 2 employees. This was from the managers mouth that the cleaning procedures were priority over the customer. Additionally, I asked if I could cancel and order in person and was turned away but was informed by the young gentleman employee that “you don’t have to hang out here. You can leave and come back in like 20 mins” and pick up the two orders.

This location rocks! It’s hard to find a nice clean place to eat downtown. Super clean. All employees were friendly and went above and beyond making sure everything looked right and asked about my day. They welcomed each person in. I watched a lady come in with a complicated order with special instructions on what seemed like every possible step of putting the sandwich together. The employee happily did everything and made small talk the whole time. I ordered an “Original Italian”, Mikes way added Mayo, pickle, banana peppers, and relish. It was a cold, juicy, zesty sub and hit the spot. Servings were generous and my sub was overflowing.

Jersey Mike’s mini turkey sub was delicious. I got mayo, fresh lettuce, and freshly sliced turkey. I was so hungry when I walked in and even though I got a mini-sub and beverage, I walked out totally satiated. Thank you Jersey Mike’s! I am happy you have so many locations! It makes it very convenient for me to return : )

The service was exemplary. Absolutely top notch. Courtney was the roving trainer that bounced around that store like a champion. There was the owner of the franchise in store, having a meeting with all the employees and this woman handled the walk-ins, online orders, and me (I came unannounced asking for a catering box). And she was fast, efficient, and SHE WAS TRAINING A GUY AT THE SAME TIME!!!! You guys have to give this woman anything she asks for. Truly a value to the brand. She made me 12 sandwiches in less time than most employees make one. Inspiring. Not only that, she overheard that I was a veteran and added a veteran discount. Unforgettable. Thank you Courtney!!

Waited 45 minutes for our one sandwich which was made wrong 3 times. When we got home and opened the sandwich bag, we found out it was wrong again. We didn’t order anything custom, simply one of their signature subs off the menu so I don’t know what went wrong three times. They were apologetic and nice, but it is frustrating to pay for something that wasn’t even your order.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at this location (July 20, 2023 @2pm) They went above & beyond to make my veggie hoagie. Cross contamination has gotten me sick at other food places. So I truly appreciate the two young men who made sure my hoagie didn’t touch any meat products. And thank you to the two young ladies who greeted me when I came in, rang & wrapped my hoagie.
