I ordered a sub online work extra meat and requested it be turkey. I did not get turkey, and I did not get extra meat. But paid for extra meat. Very frustrated right now. Guess I will go to Firehouse for awhile until Jersey Mike’s reads the order. At least give me the extra meet I ordered and paid for.

I love Jersey Mikes and this was a great location. When I went it wasn’t busy so hopefully it’s still a good experience when it’s busy. But I was served quickly and it was a very pleasant interaction. He even recommended a soda flavor that I’d never seen before and it was actually one of my favorites that I’ve ever had!! Overall good experience. I would recommend.

Horrible experience. I love Jersey mikes generally, the club supreme is the most immaculate combination ever created. Today however was a rough day for my Jersey mikes affection. I went in to redeem my birthday sandwich cause I have been a rewards member for 5+ years and when I told them, they said I could redeem it. so they made the sandwich, but when I got to the register I was then told that I needed to be signed up for the email list for longer than a month. At this point, I had to pay for my sandwich and my wife’s because it was already made. Had I known this before I would not have ordered and spent my birthday lunch at Jersey Mike’s. Especially given the 35 minute wait because the team members put more importance on finishing a seven Sandwich mobile order before mine and my wife sandwich, despite the fact that the mobile order was not supposed to be ready for another 15 minutes…

I have literally never seen such a hard-working team at a sandwich place. I came in on a busy Saturday (Feb 18 just after 2pm), and all of the employees were moving fast and we’re super personable. The girl on the meat slicer (who incidentally was the manager) was moving so fast I thought that she was going to transcend space and time, pulling my sandwich through a portal to a world where there is no war and no hunger because everything is made of sandwiches. On top of moving like she was made of speed, I also saw her communicate and give direction to her team members in a level-headed, smart, and conscientious way that was surprising because of how busy she specifically was and the entire restaurant was. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This review is specific to catering. We ordered catering for our office through EZCater on 4/11/2023. When order didn’t arrive, we called the store directly. The associate put me on hold, and checked on the order. When the associate came back, he said they would “work on the order now” (45 min late) because they “didn’t get the order.” I asked what that meant, since the store had confirmed the catering order that morning through EZCater, and the associate replied “our manager just didn’t tell us about the order.” Food was delivered ~90 min late; I’ll give them 2 stars since they threw in an extra box of sandwiches.

Dear God that was the best sandwich I have ever had, I had a regular #9 Mike’s way and when I took my first bite, I though it died and when to heaven. I started chewing at 12:32 and started thinking about the pure gold in my mouth and when I finished and looked back, 10 minutes went by in what felt like seconds. And the people making it? They reminded me of heavens angels, they were so kind and they made everything like God made earth.

Jersey Mike’s has some of the best sandwiches around, it’s only a couple more dollars than say, subway, but its definitely worth it because the quality is just so much better. The environment is lively and the people who work there are friendly. Don’t hesitate to try this place out.
