We buy food here all the time. We finally ordered online. Huge mistake. Order completely wrong. One sub was missing half the bread. Portions where way smaller. Half the lettuce. Tiny scoop of avocado. Almost no relish. Disappointed.

Someone needs to teach that big fat slob some customer service skills. Other staff were fine. Food was ok. Cleanliness not bad. In at 11.45 am on Friday may 5th. Lady who served me was pleasant.. no greeting on entry. Won’t be eating at jersey Mike’s again because you get similar customer service at other locations.

First and last time I order through the Jersey Mikes app at this location. The employees clearly don’t read the instructions on mobile order. I asked for Mayo on both sides of the bread as well as no bacon in my sandwich. What do I get? No Mayo and half a pig’s worth of bacon. The employees were extremely rude and had an attitude as well.

Food is good and service is usually good but tonight 4/24/23 the blonde kid working the register and making sandwiches chose to stare me and my wife down instead of greeting us but greeted everyone else that walked in after us. Very unwelcoming and rude. The other worker that made our order was nice and gave decent customer service.

Guy who made my sandwich did a terrible job drowning the whole thing in too much oil and vinegar making the whole sandwich soggy. He sloppily put on mayo and didn’t take his time making the sub. Worst experience, sandwich was too soggy barely edible

I ordered two Cali clubs to go. I went and got them and when I got home there was no bacon or avocado on them. I tried to call 3 x but there was no answer. The guy I ordered the to go with was nice but when I returned to let the know they were made wrong after coming home and going back out. It took a while to get greeted and there was a line with no one being helped maybe because they are short staffed. A girl with glass and brown hair said do you have a Togo. I said no I am returning because my Cali subs both were missing bacon and avocado. She said since you opened them I have to trash them and make new ones. I said will I get a refund since I had to come back. She said no I can remake it but that’s all I can do. And we said ok and she asked how I wanted them remade I said both on wheat no onions one with jalepeno. I told her i would be leaving a 1 star review. She said ok and then came back and said oh we are all out wheat. I said ok put them on white. I knew she was going out to make me wait for the whole line. So I told her I want a refund she gave me a refund minus the tip. I said I want the tip back too. She then said do you have your receipt I said no I have the card. I asked her name and she said Dorey not sure that was her real name. Even a customer eating said why would you throw that away and she told him she was going to call the police on him. I left and went to power and southern which I will do from now on. I bet all the employees quit because there was more 30 minutes before but the guy asked her a question about outing avocado in a bowl an employee she said I don’t know just slap it in there.
