Jersey Mike’s is the best sandwich shop around. The 44 is a personal favorite. The buffalo chicken on rosemary parm. . So delicious. This location is terrific. It is sparkling new, clean and vibrant. The customer service is amazing and next level. The GM Brooklyn was super helpful, congenial and a great asset to this company. The prices are reasonable, but with a buy one get one coupon, it was an insanely good value. Stop in for a sandwich and then hit Black Rock next door for a coffee.

I love this place! It all started on Halloween when I met Wonder woman(the manager).She was making my sandwich. But she had her hand in everything and I mean she was everywhere. It was so fitting for the costume she worn that day. From making sure the store was being ran properly, all the orders were being taken quickly, a great example for her staff as they were following her lead and making my superb sandwich! Just a great overall atmosphere and experience. I only go to this Jersey Mike’s location!! I get lucky to find her there every time I go and of course my sub is made to perfection!! She definitely needs a raise and a paid vacation! This store is really putting Jersey Mike’s on the map. GREAT JOB WONDER WOMAN AND STAFF!!

My mom and I had the pleasure of going yesterday. Sue Ann made our cheesesteak and omg, as much as I have had the big kahuna. This was thee best We had. I only want my sandwiches from Sue Ann. Ava cashed us out and she was such a sweetheart. These 2 ladies were the epitome of great customer service. They were so sweet and made the experience excellent from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, after enjoying our meal.

The 2 fellas were quiet and simple, I was tired and hungry stopped for a Philly cheese steak. It felt like it took 20 minutes for my sub, which when I went to pay he gave it to me for free but didn’t say why, once I tasted it I was glad I didn’t waste my money on it. First bad experience I’ve had at a Mike’s. Maybe the peppers were bad or wasn’t heated up enough, it left a bad taste in my mouth and killed my appetite. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that likes the Philly you’ll be so heart broken. I felt like they took priority over the Uber eats orders rather than the guy standing right front and center.

Service was excellent. Other than that. It’s been a long time since I have been to a Jersey Mike’s. I feel it’s a joke to spend almost $15.00 for a regular cold cut sandwich, .50 cents or so for a soft drink and a .35 cent bag of chips that they charge you $3.99 for. Now I see why I haven’t been there. Much better food is available for that cost
