Showed up right before they closed and had low expectations but must say was greeted with friendly service and great customer service. They went above and beyond and even packaged half my sandwich separate so it would be fresh for the next day for my fishing trip on Colorado river. The sandwich was made with love and looked like the picture on the menu which never happens! Would highly recommend this location and I will make it my tradition to stop for future trips!

After a 14-hour travel day and feeling so exhausted and just needed something quick for dinner, I stumbled in here with only a few minutes until they were supposed to close. When I got in, the folks greeted me with an incredibly warm greeting and made me feel right at home. Not once did they seem like me arriving so close to closing was an inconvenience, and they treated me like I was a regular customer (I’ve never set foot in this establishment in my life). Normally I don’t feel the need to review quick service places, but the guys working here were so friendly and gave a weary traveler some much-needed kindness, and I feel like it needs to be recognized. We had two sandwiches that had allergy alerts in Yuma, AZ. Mookie watched over everything to ensure they were made with care. So many place don’t really care, or make you feel like it’s inconvenient. Not here, Mookie is the best. If he’s not management he should be.

Came in to order at 8:20 to order. Staff was friendly but noticeably annoyed we were coming in so close to closing (they close at 9pm) then we ordered and he told us we would have to eat outside so they could close up which made no sense because we literally ate in 5 minutes and then left. Just annoying having to eat outside when it’s 104F right now outside. The food was excellent as usual. 5 stars on food quality. 3 stars on the food price, too expensive and no good deals to take advantage of at all. 3 stars on the customer service being sub par at best. So overall I give this location 3 stars.

Placed an order on door dash. Contacted the store and spoke with a very nice gentleman. Let him know I just placed the order and if they could please put extra extra extra vinegar and oil on our bowls. We get our bowls and mixed them to get ready to eat. Our bowls had no vinegar or oil on them. I call back to the store letting them know what was wrong with our bowls. The gentleman I was speaking with handed the phone to the “manager” whom was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for her name she would not reply. She began repeating again what she did herself. I asked for her name with no reply again. I asked again and she said Maggie. I then asked to speak with the owner or the manager. She stated you can wait on hold. The Manager Dan gets on the phone i explain everything again. He stated he will handle his own employees and what would I like for him to do for me. I explained I would like my refund. He asked for the ticket number and then says oh I can’t do that you will have to get your refund from door dash.
