My fiancé and I went there last night 8/26 it was about 9 pm there was 2 workers in front that we could see there was no one in the store and it took about 8 mins before they took our order, they never wrote it down, just verbally took the order, also one of the sandwiches we ordered was messed up asked for the rosemary bread and got white, we wanted lettuce and mayo on one sandwich and it was never put on there, when we asked for lettuce and mayo to put on the sandwich she was very rude about it and had an attitude about getting it for use. Took us over 30 mins to pay even for our stuff. The additive of the staff was very rude and unpleasant, we didn’t even feel comfortable eating in the restaurant. Very displeased with this place have never had an issue with this place to now. Just felt like we were an issue for being there. V

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop in SV. Tops the other two franchises in flavor and quality for sure. So, imagine my surprise after being very satisfied with my food for years that I would get such a sandwich that was very disappointing. Yesterday, 29 March 2023, was the day that the cost of all orders would go to charity. I chose to be a part of that and placed usual order. Now, I know that it was a VERY busy day for them, but that should be no excuse for what they produced. It should make them only want to be better and provide the same quality service they have always done in the past.

The sandwiches were fine, the staff reasonably accommodating and the restaurant clean. The only problem was the dining area was very cold and uncomfortable. It was 43F outside. We asked the manager if the heat could be turned on. He said, “It can not be turned on.” Obviously, we can not return during inclement weather.

I’m ashamed to admit that I lived right down the street from another location in Tempe for almost 10 years without ever trying their food. Having just moved to Sierra Vista, I’m always looking for new places to try. Today was my first time going into this location, And Micaela and the rest of the team offered me fast and very friendly service. They looked like they were a little bit busy, so I was anticipating a long, wait to get my food, but that was not the case. Micaela’s personality was bright, cheerful, and welcoming. The level of service I was given at this location was wonderful, and as a result, I have no intention of ever ordering to have my food delivered to me, I enjoyed the service so much that I intend on going into that location every time I want to order. Thank you for a great experience.

I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first and last time today. When I ordered, I asked for no sauce (I am deathly allergic to mayonnaise, so can’t eat ranch). The guy taking my order said “no problem.” I got home (28 miles) to discover my sandwich LOADED with “ranch.” I spent $9.75 for a sandwich I couldn’t eat. If staff in Sierra Vista is typical, beware.
