The woman taking our order was so out going and friendly. She made our visit very enjoyable. Our subs were made perfectly and were delicious. We grabbed a large chocolate chip cookie to go with our subs. It was so good!!

My first time ever having a not so good experience. I’ve been there many times and it’s always been good. My last visit, the bread was not fresh. It was hard and crumbled in my hand. Dried out. Was horrible. I let the on duty manager know and showed him. His comment was that I’m not the first one to say something. He asked me if I wanted a refund. I told him, no but what I’d like is a better experience and fresh bread next time I come in. I will point out that the staff working were very nice and friendly.

I love the food at Jersey mikes, however in the last two weeks they have screwed up three of my orders. They lost one of my orders completely, have no idea what even happened to it. Just disappeared after I called it in and it was prepared and put on the countertop. I called in a Philly cheesesteak, I asked for no peppers, they loaded it with peppers. I ordered another Philly cheesesteak last night with no peppers because I am allergic to peppers, they end up giving me a chicken steak sandwich loaded with peppers!! The people who are taking phone orders are not paying attention and listening to what the customers are saying!

The staff is very kind, helpful & efficient, as well. my latest experience was very disappointed in the food the service. 6 people ( well kids ) there was truly no customer service slow food made wrong workers kissing their girl friend while on the ⏰ and customers waiting for their food. I’ve never been treated this badly before

This will be the last time I come in here. Last experience was the same. There’s 1 customer in the store and it takes 15 minutes JUST to order. 1 person is cooking while the other is cleaning up. Plan on spending 30 minutes before you get your food. Customer service is hit an miss…today was not good or bad just eh….last time staff was miserable and made you feel like an inconvenience.

Good food but terrible customer service I understand I came in right before closing but Ray at least that’s the name the employee said, had a horrible attitude. When I asked for a blt he said “we’re out of bacon it’s 10 minutes before closing” and proceeded to show me the time on his phone as if I don’t already know that. I own a business in the same center and I expect my employees to work until the last minute we are open. Not just that but his attitude was very nonchalant as if he doesn’t care about his job. With that type of attitude he will be working fast food for a very long time. Not somebody I would ever hire for my business, hopefully management can retrain him or realized that this guys poor attitude is losing them business. Or maybe the management here doesn’t care about poor customer experiences or customer retention, they have the same automated reply to every bad review and it doesn’t seem like anything has ever changed. We’ll see how long their doors stay open!

My husband is a long time customer of Jersey Mike’s subs (years). However, he received the worst sandwich ever yesterday. It cost $19.95, Italian sub and ordered “Mikes way”. When he got it home, it contained only 1 slice of salami, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese. The rest was lettuce, tomato and the bread! Horrible! This is highway robbery! They are skimping so much on the meat despite raising their prices. He was SO disappointed and will not longer be ordering from Jersey Mikes. Awful sandwich and a big waste of money!
