Good stuff. 5 stars. This location is more consistent than the Sparks Legends mikes.

Delicious. Quick. We ate outside in the shade. These sandwiches never disappoint. I’ll never eat Subway again. Tables inside were not clean, only observation preventing 5 stars. Employees were happy, polite, and friendly. Get the #56. So good……

This location has had one managerial intervention that we know of. For anyone frequenting Mike’s, it’s no secret that there is a certain weirdness with the attitudes and professional behavior of the employees at this location. There is rarely any evidence of a managerial presence at this location. I can’t remember even one time that we have gone into the place when the floor, tables and seating are clean: this is a non-negotiable condition in any food service location. Jersey Mikes corporate menu formula is good, but this location keeps tripping over the same hurdles it should have solved years ago: it is trickle down from owner/ manager to employees.

Staff was not very friendly. I ordered the vegan sandwich and just by looking at the veggies I knew it was a bad decision to eat there but I gave it a try anyway. The tomatoes were wrinkle the lettuce was brown the onions were very soggy and the pickles had absolutely no flavor at all. They guy making my sandwich put so much oil on my sandwich I could not even eat half of it.

The sandwich was good. It was very busy so we had to wait a while to order. But they were fast in putting it together.

OH. Complete meltdown with the manager, I am guessing. Door dash people waiting everywhere she was telling employees not to answer the phone and was unplugging the internet so they would have no on-line orders. And below is my world-famous cheesesteak. It seemed like a hostile work environment. Maybe add one or two more part-time employees during the lunch rush?

I was literally just in there at 12:50 and one of the male employees yelled at the top of his lungs for all the customers to shut up because he couldn’t hear. Extremely disrespectful there were children and at least 10 people walked out with me. I will be calling corporate and reporting this

Nice experience at other locations, taken back when I saw a very young man dress down one of his associates who was in his sixties right in front of guests. Everybody noticed and actually another guest told the senior that they were appalled at what they witnessed . A sub above???? How about treating your fellow associates with kindness.
