Not a regular customer, I ordered a sub and forgot the “juice” so the guy had to open the wrapper again and add it. Acted like I ruined his day. Sorry I took 10 seconds from you. The food was great and the place was clean. The other guy was very friendly.

These employees need training on customer service. They were bothered I was even there and rather than make my sandwich were having a full on conversation while I stood there waiting. One of them smelled so bad of BO it was painful. Every table filthy and I was the only customer in there. Take a little pride in your jobs maybe or try to be polite. The sandwich was delicious.

My elderly mother loves JM sandwiches so we often order. The last three orders have been wrong. When picking up orders from the app, the last two orders were lost and had to be reordered. Food is still good but management is poor. Could be lack of workers, just not sure. But will change locations when ordering.

This place has messed up my orders countless times. The people in the back have a hard time comprehending simple instructions. After messing my order up multiple times on different occasions I was given expired free sandwich passes, that when tried to use were declined. If I could rate below a one star I would.

While having my sandwich made i hear the employee ask the person in front of me if they want bell peppers. When I got to him, I asked for bell peppers and he said they don’t have them. So i asked what about the last person in front of me that got them. His reply was “well that’s a special for hers, not yours”. So I asked “are bell peppers not allowed on mine”? He literally had to seek approval to get them on mine. Really???

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap without tomatoes. I always double check by asking and it was immediately sent back to pick out the tomatoes. I ordered to go and when I opened it this is what I paid nine dollars for. Soggy and spilling out, sauce all over the packaging and not even cut all the way through. When I tried to tear it apart the insides slipped out completely and the cold whole chicken breast was cut into 3 huge pieces sitting right in the middle.
