I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time today. I didn’t expect what to order. It took me a while until I got an Italian sandwich with chips and lemonade. The sandwich is so tasty and fresh. The service is great with amazing workers. Overall, Jersey Mike’s is an amazing place to eat an amazing sandwich. Love to visit this place again.

Employees could definitely pay a little more attention and LISTEN to what the customer is saying. Terrible customer service. Ordered a 13 (Italian) on parm bread and a 14 (veggie) with no cheese on wheat. Had to emphasize to 3 different employees after the initial order “no cheese on the veggie”. After explaining three times that I wanted no onions on the 13 I began to feel incredibly frustrated and I looked away for less than a minute and ended up with an Italian on half parm-half wheat with no cheese and a veggie on half wheat and the cheesy side of the Parm bread. At least they removed the cheese from the veggie sandwich.

The subs here are way better than one of their competitors, Subway. But the employees take their sweet time making the sandwich and even then it’s still a little sloppy. They are always chatting with each other and look distracted. No greeting and overall no feel of good customer service. I only buy here because the subs are good but every time the service is just terrible. Also they never have the mini sub bread!

My boyfriend ordered a chicken Philly today and the employees were very careless.They we’re just laughing and joking about everything. My boyfriend had to repeat the order 3 times and they still got it wrong.They were touching everything with the gloves they were grabbing the raw chicken with.They barely cooked the chicken it was still raw. I love jersey mikes but this makes me not want to come back to this location employees have to be trained better.Their carelessness can get someone sick they Should really be more careful.
