Stickball Special

Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

The Place looks pretty clean and organized as most locations usually do. The customer service could use some improvement, aside from the fact that the employees don’t know the menu the lead female seemed anxious or bothered not a customer friendly person I would say. She literally threw what she wanted in my sandwich and made face gestures as told her what to put in it but didn’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my coworkers nor come back… ‍♂️

Terrible service. They have 6 incompetent employees WHO DO NOT KNOW THE MENU! They take 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich! Line was out the door. They are not following Covid-19 precautions mostly due to the extremely packed space, so CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Even though the Calabasas location is closer to me I always go to this jersey mikes simply because the customer service is so good! They make sandwiches far better than the Calabasas location and really care about what they are making for you. I really can’t say enough good things about the employees at this location, they are awesome!

The sandwhiches are great but the employees need better training with the knifes. I know no amount of training can help some people but if you cut your fingers slicing the sandwhich to wrap it you shouldn’t be handling a knife.
