Hello everybody, I am changing my original post of 4 stars to 5 stars. At 1st I really liked the sandwidges, but I didn’t feel like they had enough toppings to put on the sandwiches. However, I would like to say that the way to judge any restaurant is by the quality of the food and the customer service. I went back today and ordered one of the Turkey sandwiches with cheese, onions, lettuce, and added on avocado and it was superb. I also felt that the customer service person, Tyler, was really good. He was so friendly and went over all the different sandwiches and hooked me up with this amazing Turkey sandwich and I must say that he exemplifies perfect customer service, and the sandwich was outstanding. So this reviewer is giving this place 5 well deserved stars. Thx Tyler and Jersey Mikes.

KETO FRIENDLY. Just get the sub in a tub. They food at Jersey mikes is fast and reasonably priced. They have a bit of a higher quality than your average sandwich place. They have a great new look since the remodel and I have probably eaten my weight in deli meat over the years.

Ordered the California club sub with no modifications via the delivery option in the app, which was executed by Door Dash. No avocado on my sandwich. First mistake I can recall from this location, I was charged the full amount for my sandwich, I’m disappointed it didn’t have the avo.

Pros: Bloody Fantastic as usual! My goodness how I love the Turkey Provolone with Jersey Juice or the Southwest Chicken w/Ranch also… They are simply to die for! I do think a couple more slices of meat & cheese needs to be added, considering this is thee most expensive sandwich shop out there on the standard Fast Food Chain.

Tyler and Paulina were amazing! Immediately walking in we were greeted and felt comfortable enough to start a conversation. I’ve been a Jersey mikes customer for years, and I have never felt so comfortable and welcome. I will definitely make this store location the main location. We will be back soon!!!

They are very miserly with the amount of meat they give you. For almost $10 for a regular sandwich you would expect more. Other Jersey Mike’s are much more generous. Don’t go to this one!

Great sandwiches…always fresh, clean and friendly staff waiting to serve you. Only drawback is the parking now with two new eateries in the small lot. The weekends are especially hard to find a spot.

Great staff and I always enjoy the food at Jersey Mike’s. However it appears that this location doesn’t have the powdery/cornmeal/sandy base on the bottom of the bread – I personally like this base and the other location I usually go to has this at the bottom of the sandwich.

The owner should know that the employees dont enforce the mask policy. A young man walked in without a mask. The employees said nothing until I brought it to their attention and a older woman also agreed with me. After the woman and the younger man left the young girl got on the phone and I believe called the police on me because an officer showed up right after I walked out of store. I’m aware of San Bernardino County’s rules on masks but you should still have your employees enforce it as all businesses do. Fyi the virus is real and it hasnt gone away.
