Adventure is out There
This Jersey Mike’s has Awesome customer service! The staff & the management make you feel welcomed. As if being part of the crew…. I’ve never had long of wait at this location. The parking can be a challenge but, the level of customer service is worth that challenge. Also, I have ordered online for my larger orders and never once did I have to wait long to pickup up my larger box of sandwiches. The orders were always correct & had the condiments, utensils ready before I can ask. Always great food & service here!

This was a weird experience. Showed up at lunchtime and there wasn’t any greeting. I repeatedly asked for no mayo (even as the guy was about to put it on) and they just didn’t pay attention. One of the guys was working on the soda machine (during what should be a peak time for them) and the soda came out in the wrong mix. I won’t be going back, hopefully they read this and figure out some of these fixable things. The food was good though.

Clean, great service from the entire crew. Came in on the hottest day of the year. 125 outside, surface of the sun hot!. A cold sub, #13 Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread was the right call. Cold Agave Vanilla Cream Soda to wash it down.

Just went today sorry people service was horrible!! Went to order she took my order than rudely said she will help you , another worker that worker took the person behind me order. My wife brought home my #6 giant. It barley had roast beef on it. It’s like they used the mini size and just spread the meat around to cover the bread. Very disappointed at this location. I have never experienced this at the La Verne store, or maybe it’s something new they are doing

when I go to this location I usually never have a problem, as soon as I walked in the staff was talking to one another without even acknowledging my party was even there, One of the young girls in there literally took five minutes to put on her gloves before making our sandwiches. The employees screwed up part of our order so badly that the customers behind me left. Nothing about the visit was ok. Ordered large drinks, got handed mediums. At least I wasn’t charged for the large. To top off everything, the dining area was a complete mess. If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean. There were no customers when my group and I walked in. It would have been understandable if it was the middle of lunch rush. Bottom line is they were well staffed, quantity wise.. There was no excuse for this business to behave like sloths and not even pay attention to our food order.

Ordered online. Got 3 subs in a tub.. They called and said they were out of stock on some items, no problem at all changed it up a bit. We arrive at our scheduled time to pick up our items and they tell us its gonna be another 20-30 min because they dont have a tubs and they had to run all the way to chino hills to get more. This was unacceptable because they already called us about not having the meat that we wanted but they didn’t mention that they didn’t have any tubs and that it would be longer. So we went to the Upland Jersey Mike’s and they had 100s of tubs and are only 2 min away, why didn’t they go there to pick up? Either way I’m not saying they have bad food. It was just terrible customer service.

I called in a order, got there and was questioned if I was at the correct location. I’ve been there before I said yes this is Montclair location, correct! Employee went to back door to other employee on her break. As he turned around he shook his head grabbed my order which was on their back counter and apologized. He made my sandwich gave it to me for free which I was not expecting but worse part I ordered 2. So again I am standing waiting. I wouldn’t of minded but I was heading to work and now I’m delayed. Great sandwich and effort given but small errors like that really cause delays for others.

Great staff and service. My sandwich is always excellent. The really like the fact that they slice the deli meats fresh for each sandwich. I usually get my sandwiches to go but the dining and drink area is always clean and well stocked when I come in.
