I order from the app to this location all the time and every time I have to check the bag before I leave the store to make sure the sides that I put in notes in my order are in the bag which most of the time they’re not and I have to ask for the container of pickles or peppers and the food is never consistent.

On multiple occasions I have stood in line here for over 15 min waiting to have my order taken. The workers (or lack there of) do hustle, but cannot keep up with the take out orders and people in line. It seems like the take out orders get priority over the physical customers. There should be at least 5 people working here at peak hours. I’ve never seen more than 3 (completely overwhelmed) employees at this location at any time.

Do not go here on your lunch break it takes 40 minutes to get a sandwich even calling in 20 minutes of ahead of time I didn’t even get my sub sat in line for 15 minutes looked at my watch and then had to leave without getting anything because my lunch was over
