This Jersey Mike’s always does it right. The sandwiches are correct, and tasty. The food has a much better quality than other sandwich places I’ve had. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The bathroom is clean. My experience ordering from the app at this restaurant has been great 100% of the time (when picked up. The staff can’t be responsible for delivery services). If you want a sandwich, this is the sandwich shop to go to.

Ordered from here a few times. Sandwiches were usually good but I don’t know what happened today, it was mediocre. Service is not the best, when picking up an order. Waited in line to be told to go to the other side of the register, and while there, the cashier ignored me and I ended up having to go back in line. Not my favorite experience.

Great customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the team member but he helped me out greatly for something that was 100 percent my fault. I place the order for pick up at the wrong location, and was about to just pay for a new sandwhich for lunch but the nice gentleman honored my order (after proof of course). Helped me out greatly for something not his fault at all.

Let me start off my saying that I really like Jersey Mikes usually. The sandwiches are good and the crew is typically helpful. That said, they are either understaffed or overwhelmed at peak times. I ordered ahead using the app and had a pickup time of 12:40, only to arrive at 12:40, watch several people work through the process, and finally get my order at 1:09. Half an hour may not seem like a lot of time under the right circumstances, but when you have a family of five and everyone is preparing for lunch and your order is 30 minutes late after you use their system to ensure that it would be ready on time, you can see how that might be an issue. Once I got home, the sandwiches not only didn’t have the people’s names on them as I had entered on my order, but they were marked incorrectly, a minor inconvenience but still. Unfortunately, this was not my first experience picking up an online order that was not ready when I arrived. Maybe it’s an issue with the timing published on the app, maybe it’s an issue with this location, who can say for sure? Either way it’s something that potential customers should be aware of.

This is my 3rd time at this location. The first time that asked me if I wanted my sandwich “Mike’s Way” I asked what that was and they told me. They used way too much vinegar on my sandwich so the next time I told them not much vinegar at all. Today, I went there and Jayden was making my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it “Mike’s Way” again and I said yes but no vinegar this time. She pours oil all over my sandwich making 4 passes. By the 2nd pass I said whoa! She kept goi g and then told me that was “Mike’s Way”. I said that was way too much oil and asked her why she didn’t stop when I was telling her too? She then started arguing with me and told me that if I didn’t want that much oil to next time tell her light oil. Nothing really explains how much oil and vinegar “Mike’s Way” really is. I told Jayden that next time she should ask THE CUSTOMER if they want light, regular or heavy? She shook her head and passed me off to the cashier. This is really bad customer service and experience. Not recommend at all!

Normally great service and I never have a bad experience. But recently my mobile order hasn’t been correct. Today missing the chips and had vinegar and oil. And the sandwich was falling apart because it was wrapped loose. Still would recommend them.

Do not ever do a phone order for pickup. IF it is even done by the time stated items will be missing or wrong. I do not know if they are just too busy or have no attention to detail but unless you are there to watch everything they do something will be wrong without a doubt.
