We’ve always enjoyed JM’s subs, but never impressed with its service. As locals, we’ve always supported this store because we figured much like many other businesses, they’re suffering from labor shortages. But poor employee behavior is totally inexcusable. Because the call-in orders are habitually late, we started to place our orders 45 minutes ahead of time, even if the website indicated a 15-minute wait. Today, we did the same just to arrive and not see our order 45 minutes after it was placed. When my wife discussed this with the bearded guy behind the counter, he snapped at her and told her she didn’t have to remind him when the order was placed. Really? Being rude to your customer is your best approach to your customer service failure? Lesson learned!

My dad got me hooked on Jersey Mike’s. So it was only a matter of time before I got to check out the new Lahaina location. As for first impressions the store is definitely very nice. There were two people working behind the counter and only one customer in front of me. They were fast, friendly and helpful with getting my order in and out fast. Currently my favorite is the #10. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Jersey mikes is great. Good service at the lahaina store and quality subs. The girls they have working there now are really good. Sandwiches look nice and full. #9 mikes way, mayo, pepper relish, pickles and banana peppers is the way to go! It’s a bit more than the competitors but, the quality and taste is far beyond the others.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in Hawaii (Kauai & Maui)! After gourmet meals at the two islands’ leading restaurants, we took a diversion one night and went to Jersey Mikes for subs. They were absolutely fabulous made perfectly. Our order taker and the staff were cordial and hospitable. They took their time in seeing that our subs were made to order. Hats off to the workers here. You left a great impression
