Stopped in for dinner today and ordered two sandwiches – the original italian, regular, wheat is pictured here. The service and quality were great and the bag was packed with care. Very happy with the visit and the sandwiches tasted great. Will visit again.

TURN DOWN THE MUSIC if you can’t hear the customers and the customers can’t hear you. You got my order wrong because your 2000’s hits were too loud.

This location sucks. This review is more for the service we got just 10 mins ago. Not greeted at all. No eye contact at all. It was awkward. Then they just walked back to the kitchen. Thank god we placed our order online, but then realized they forgot the 1 bag of chips once we opened the bag. I kid you not, an employee asks me “what are you doing?!” in an accusatory voice, I replied “I’m getting my chips that I paid for that YOU forgot.”

I was here a few months ago and the one employee was so awkward, creepy and rude that I’ll never go back here! She was baby faced and had long red hair. Sorry , it’s only easy way to describe her. She smirked at me whole time I was there, I have a disability and medical condition and I’d be looking at my partner or elsewhere and she would be staring at me. She gave a lot of attitude too … idk what her problem is but it says a lot when places hire people like this. Jersey Mikes is good and they make some of the best sandwiches but I’ll go to Cascade Station

The person making my sandwich was having a tough time. The cashier fumbled getting my loyalty points. The sandwich seemed to be all bread and very few toppings.

This is the best and freshest sub restaurant I have been to. They actually slice the meat and cheese with every sub that is made. Make sure you get the sub “Mike’s Way” (oil, vinegar and spices). They even have gluten free subs. I definitely recommend this place!!

Me and my friend waited for over 30 minutes and when we would ask if they were making it they would just look at us and said they would work on it we say multiple people who ordered after us get their sandwiches before us very unhapp With the situation won’t be going to jersey mikes anytime soon if ever

Been here twice now and dont agree with some of the negative reviews being written. Both times i went in they were definitely understaffed but the young ladies working and the gentleman that was working tonight seemed to be doing the best they could. Like any sub shop the boards and prep table were dirty because the staff can not keep up with online orders and walk ins. If management is able to fully staff this location i believe it will be just as good as any other. From working in the industry though i know full staff still means a skeleton crew at night to save money for owners pockets so expect long wait times after 7:30. Also with two major manufacturing companies open all night they may want to consider staying open later than 9 to capitalize on the 1030, 11, and 1130 lunch times that these companies have.
