HORRIBLE!! Not only was the bread hard and stale, but these sandwiches were DROWNED IN OREGANO!!! We spent over $40 on 2 regular sized sandwiches after tax, tip and delivery fees for them to end up in the TRASH!! I called to ask about the excessive amount of oregano and the kid who answered basically told me that I was screwed out of my money and out of my dinner! THANKS! I should’ve ordered from Jimmy John’s!! I will NEVER eat at this nasty sandwich shop again!!

Ordered online. Made a mistake on the order. Tried calling 6 times and it said they were busy. Clearly weren’t when I picked up. So I left a message 2 hours before it was suppose to be picked up to see if they could fix the order. When I asked the girl of it was fixed when I picked it up. She said “how am I suppose to know” . Very rude service! Probably won’t eat here again. Oh yeah the order wasn’t fixed.

I ordered on the app with a pick up at 7:32. I showed up a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they hadn’t even started making the sub. The sub wasn’t ready until 7:50, almost 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. If there were a bunch of other customers or orders, I would understand and blame the app; but, there was only one other customer in the restaurant. I watched them make the sub and there was no urgency. Everyone just slowly cut the meat, slowly refilled the bacon, slowly put one piece of vegetable at a time on the sub. You don’t have to rush but at least show some urgency when you are almost 20 minutes late. This isn’t a one time thing. The service is always very slow.

I asked my boyfriend to get me Jersey Mike’s on his break because he was coming over. He only had an hour, and 30 minutes of that was spent with him waiting for 2 regular sized sandwiches. He was the only person in the store at first and then about 5 others came in after, the guy stopped working on our food to serve, as well as check out everyone else before my boyfriend, who was there first. After everyone else was checked out the server finally finished making and checking out our food. We spend a total of 30 dollars there. Not to mention that when we unwrapped our food to eat the sandwiches were made wrong!!! The meats and cheese were placed on the wrong breads and my boyfriends sandwich was missing a couple of the things that he has asked for as well. The bread was also stale and the food just tasted wrong, it wasn’t good. I would not recommend going to jersey Mike’s at all.

Absolutely love there sandwiches. There Philly cheesesteak is awesome. I stop by there at least once a week and order the giant 17 which is the cheesesteak. There service is great too. Keep up the great customer service Avery. Your the best.
