We got the portobello cheesesteak which is one of the featured subs, it was sooooo good. The cheese was melted and gooey & it was hot & the fresh bell peppers & mushrooms went well with the soft bread, but the breadwas firm enough on the outside to keep the sub together. But we have never been here and apparently when you order hot subs you need to tell them what additions you would like when you are first ordering…like lettuce & tomato, mayo or mustard … or they make it stock.

I ordered a catering box of subs on a Saturday to be picked up on the next day, Sunday – for a picnic we we were having. I got a call the Saturday I ordered and they said my order was ready – when it was suppose to be picked up the next day. They said they would re- make the order the next day. We went down and talked to the staff to make sure we would get fresh made subs on the order for the next day and the Manager said it would be fresh sandwiches.

I arrived at about the time my sandwich was supposed to be ready, and I was told it was almost done, even though they hadn’t even started making it (the young lady was cleaning the grill with no food being made on it). It took another 15 minutes to get my sandwich. While I was waiting, they told another customer that their food was almost ready when they hadn’t started making theirs either.

Ive never eaten at JMS but I got my two subs in less time than it took me to check my work schedule and pickup a shift. Great quality,fresh,and efficient service. Way better than subway,& better pricing.

This was the most delicious sandwich I’ve had in quite some time. I came when the restaurant was busy; the manager and staff were both friendly and professional in the midst of a dinner rush. Ingredient-wise, their bread is amazing and you can tell their meats are top quality on the first bite. I will definitely be back; fyi I ordered the club and added avocado.

Rude service, people behind the counter wouldn’t even make eye contact so you could ask a question. I placed an order online and there was no clear direction for pickup (a lot of customers but very unorganized). When I finally did have someone look my way, I asked for a refund for my online order (it had been placed right at an hour earlier) that wasn’t made yet and was told “you’ll have to wait” and she turned around and walked away. When she finally did give me a refund, it took her about 20 seconds at the register. Steer clear of Jersey Mikes in Pasco unless you’re looking for a frustrating experience, I will not be back and wouldn’t recommend it. Fire House has great food and the service is much better. Oh, and if you order online, I wouldn’t tip until you get your food!
