The staff were extremely friendly and were ready to accommodate any allergies; changing gloves, wiping down the counter and cleaning the grill. The ingredients were fresh and the whole thing was delicious. Hands down the best sandwich I ever had. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it.

I always get good service here. But for some reason not this time. My complaint is that the guy making my sandwich acted like he did not want to put anything on it. I ordered the #9. After the meat was put on it he just wanted to pass it through with out anything else. Ask for tomato and he wanted to put the bread and pass it on. Did not ask for extra or nothing. Tomato, lettece, onion, pickles mayo and salt and pepper. I don’t tip that much for at $15 + dollars a hour to me is a good wage. I do get tired of writing bad reviews. I really do. I will back though. I will see if we can get this to five stars.

What a great little place that opened up at queensgate now. This is a much bigger place than the other one in Kennewick. I don’t think you can go wrong at either one of them they’re very clean. The service isn’t as fast as I would expect but for the most part the vegetables are very fresh everything looks really good and like I said it was very clean the counters were clean you didn’t find food all over the floor great job you guys. I’m sure glad I caught some pictures today of the workers they look like they’re all wearing masks at work. And I wasn’t taking pictures of them to see if they were wearing a mask. Interesting another review goes on and on about mask wearing.
