This place was surprisingly amazing! I was driving cross country with my large family and stopped in. It was like the Cheers of sub shops- everyone said hi when I walked in with a bunch of kids. When we were in line ordering, the shift leader was making sandwiches and let the kids try a fresh slice of meat as he was making their sandwich- and they thought it was super cool. The place was super clean, bathrooms super clean, and food was great, and the employees were the nicest I have ever experienced at a quick food spot. I look back on my trip from earlier this summer and still think of how impressed I was with our random stop.

Ever since the Jersey Mike’s has opened on the south side, I have been a fan. The food is always super fresh, the staff are high energy and have a genuinely kind attitude. They do get busy but the waits are never long, and they are really fast on their orders when you go through their app. If you are looking for a chain restaurant with reliable and yummy food. Highly recommend. It’s always Mike’s way.

I wish I could give the team at Jersey Mike’s 10 stars!!! They are always so cheerful and professional. We stopped by near closing and they never made us feel pressured to hurry with our meal. They even gave my sons cookies and brownies on the house to finish their dinner. Two of my sons said “They are the nicest restaurant workers ever!”. We will definitely continue to be regulars because of the delicious sandwiches and the amazing staff!!

The sandwiches here are superior to any other sandwich place in Santa Fe. However, the customer service from Jesus is the best I’ve ever received in any business in Santa Fe. Super charismatic, friendly, and seriously amazing at what he does. I’ll be coming back every week just to see Jesus. My family originally ordered online for take out, but ended up staying because Jesus’ positive attitude, and friendliness was so inviting, and infectious.

The staff are very consciousness of food allergies. They make sure to wipe everything down, use a clean knife, put double paper down and use a bottle of mayo rather then the bin that may have cross contamination. The staff are very friendly and detail oriented. The restaurant is always clean. I have never gotten sick from any of my allergies when having food from here.
