Burnt is all I have to say. UPDATE: the owner has replied and asked if I said something during the dining experience I did and the waitress brought again burnt onion rings. Believe me in no way am I blaming the waitress but if I were here I would have gotten on the kitchen staff for thinking that was acceptable to send out. Oh they made sure on the 2nd batch to flip them all over so the burnt side wasn’t visible until you picked them up! I was wondering if they had a fryer there or they oven bake them?

We got here late in the afternoon for a really quick bite to eat. I got the roast beef and cheese while my traveling partner got the steak and cheese. Service was prompt, and the bartender was very friendly. The room was clean. The food was pretty good, plain and simple but well done. I would eat here again.

Terrible service very racist. I ordered my food and was given an attitude while I was asking questions about the food. They didn’t want to fix anything they messed up and tried to charge me for food that was sent back to kitchen. The food was burnt. The manager Wendy has a terrible attitude problem she didn’t take well to anything being messed up and it was their fault. She claimed she’s been doing this for 40 years and never got a complaint til us so they refused to fix anything ruined. They refused to remake ruined food. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go. Worst experience of my life eating out in maine.

Stopped at this location for a quick dinner on 1/28/2023. Ordered cheese fries and onion rings. The fries were overcooked and the onion rings were burned. When I advised the waitress…she muttered out a half apology and walked away from the table. She offered no type of discount or option to replace the fries or onion rings.

Always takes FOREVER to get food. It’s just burgers and fries, guys. We’ve been there as a group of 3 to 5 people a few times in the past 8 years. Every time we go the food takes a very long time to come out. Food is fine and servers are nice but the wait is never worth it.
